PYRO'S Fire Fresh Pizza

Pathetic service , waited for almost 40 mins for the 2nd item after the 1st was served. When asked was told we forgot about the 2nd item .

I wanted to say thank you to Johnny Lee! I mistakenly sent our order to the Ridgeway location and he accommodated us by making the order at his location with no problem!

The food is phenomenal! The ingredients are so fresh and the customer service provided by Johnny is some of the best in Memphis. He goes above and beyond for his customers and is such a pleasure everytime we come in!

I always receive great service, quality product, and a great experience each visit. With every opportunity I recommend this Pyro’s location for a great place for a quick, quality meal.

We a afternoon party and Emily Grace was very helpful with ordering and setting up. The rest of the staff on that shift was just as nice and friendly.

We are weekly customers that look forward to our family pizza night at pyros because of the manager Emma Grace & her amazing staff! The staff knows us by name and look forward to seeing us! The atmosphere here is always to friendly & welcoming! Oh and our food is always chef’s kiss & fresh!! Thank you Pyros Collierville for always being so friendly, patient, & fast!

I will never return to this location. Despite having plenty of staff, the service was incredibly slow—over 45 minutes for a pizza that they burnt! Several workers were wearing AirPods, and one had a bracelet dangling over the food. One worker didn’t change gloves after handling a phone that a customer brought in to give to someone in the back. To top it off, my pizza was burnt after all the waiting. I ended up getting a refund and went elsewhere. Very disappointing experience. Don’t waste your time here!!

1. The place looked a mess. 2. had to ask someone to clean a table. 3. Workers was rude. 4.My pizza was burnt!!! and when i brought my pizza back to the front the lady gave me attitude and said “If you want your pizza made you got to wait in the line” And the line was basically to the door!!! and when i told them never mind i want a refund they gonna tell me i got to wait because we’re busy. i don’t like attitude and i didn’t end up getting my refund till 8:30 and i got there at 6.
DONT COME HERE. PYROS IS TRASH.
