PYRO'S Fire Fresh Pizza

6:30 pm on a Wednesday, there’s one family in there, 3 visible workers, place is filthy from the time you walk in near the bathrooms, to the pizza prep area to the drink area. Dirty tables and floors. Workers acted like we were bothering them by trying to place our order, had difficulty operating the credit card machine, and found online orders they hadn’t seen come in and acknowledged that and then wadded them up and threw them away. Have had less than perfect experiences here, but this is by far the worst. It’s a shame. The food tastes good, but the rest of the experience is abysmal.

Amazing service and amazing staff. Awesome food as always. Johnny Lee is always so warm and inviting!! My best friend and I love him especially when we go for our lunch break!! (we work across the street at the Commissary)

Mr Johny is the best and always treats the kids so special whenever we come to Pyros.

Everything was excellent here it was my first time and I will definitely be back. The staff was very welcoming. The cauliflower pizza is amazing. The pizza came out hot and fresh and I would love to shout out Kaliah for making my experience so great.

I'm not sure what it is about this location, but every time I order thick crust, I get thin. I've complained about it before but nothing changes. I'm paying extra and it drives me insane to know that my order is still not being prepared correctly despite the upcharge. If you don't offer thick crust, remove it as an option!!

We have eaten at several of the Pyro's around Memphis, but this was by far one of our best visits. Everything was sooo clean! The people were so incredibly nice. They built beautiful pizzas and seemed to be happy to do so. This is now my very favorite Pyro's location.

Didn't really know that the pizza was really thin. Almost like a cracker like crust. Hated to see a lot dirty tables whe. I got there, couldn't find a place to sit.

Not very friendly to customers. The food is good except for the Mediterranean salad, which is missing ingredients. I believe they do not know what goes into the salad. I am very disappointed.

Food was made as ordered and it was tasty salad was awesome too! Order was ready upon arrival and only a few minutes to wait to pickup due to the restaurant was busy!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would. Poor customer service. Food quality was not good. Burnt pizza. Residual food my boyfriends pizza. I get they want the food to be out in a timely manner but this experience could have been better. For $27 + tax it was not worth it.
