Johnny Lee is my favorite part of this place. Anytime I come to Memphis from out of town, I try to stop by Pyros. I absolutely love their pizza and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I had never been to this location of Pyros before and so I had never met the staff here. After going through the line to pick out all the toppings for my pizza it was time to check out and that's when I met Johnny Lee. He is an absolute gem of a human being, and I genuinely loved talking to him. His passion for Pyros is obvious and his love for life and the Lord is contagious. Don't miss a chance to say hi when you stop in next time! Blessings to you Johnny Lee!!

One of the worst dining experiences of all time. Every pizza was taking 30+ minutes to come out, and the manager was not responding to guest concerns. After the large wave of guests was over, the manager still did not listen to customer complaints and concerns. All of the employees just stood around the oven laughing and making jokes while my pizza was just waiting to be cut and served. Horrible customer service, horrible wait time, horrible managerial skills.

Normally, pyros is good, however tonight they failed. On online order was placed, we arrived to pick it up when the email said and it had not even been started. They let us sit there for 20 minutes until they even started and at that point, we gave up. They could not process an electronic refund so eventually gave up and refunded us cash.

One of the best Pizza places in the 901 area by far. I've been coming here since I was 15 and it has always been in my opinion the best pizza place in the collierville area.

Went there today (Feb 13, 2024) around 1:30pm and ordered a pizza! Everyone welcomed me there, I received smiles and patience! Even when I thought I accidentally received someone’s else’s pizza they kindly explained to me that it was my pizza!The place was clean and not loud!They spread my ingredients all over my crust instead of piling it up in the middle. I recommend this place!Thank you for the great service, David (GE) and the crew! ?

Love this place amazing food. It's a great setup and the workers are so nice. The owner himself accidentally spilled ranch on the pizza. Really wasn't to big of a deal I love ranch but he not only let me keep the ranch pizza but made me a whole other pizza for me for free. I can't say enough good things about this place. Amazing service amazing workers.

Rude employees. Dirty tables. Pizza brought out before it was even fully hot. My buzzer never went off. Despite the fact that I told the girl at the cashier every ingredient on my pizza when she asked they still had no idea it was my pizza and were going around the restaurant asking people if it was theirs. I had to ask if it could be cooked longer. Then they forgot to get it back out and nearly burned it. I had to go back and ask for it to be removed from the oven.When I had first arrived I was standing by the cashier waiting to be helped and didn’t realize where the line actually started. The girl working didn’t even acknowledge me or bother to let me know where to go.Getting the pizza made was equally frustrating. For example- I said the Canadian bacon was the only meat I wanted and asked for a lot of it. The guy proceeded to put an extra 2 pieces on at this point. I had to ask 2 more times if he could put more on and each time just got 2 more tiny pieces. Then when I said I wanted to roasted garlic he grabbed a huge handful of it and if I hadn’t stopped him he would have entirely ruined my pizza.Get better employees. Most of these were entirely unmotivated. There was 1 girl working there who was sweet, helpful, and competent. The rest clearly did NOT want to be there and did less than the bare minimum required of them.
