Pretty sure the burgers gave me food poisoning. Asked for no pink. Guess they don't know what pink is. Had a plain water. I've tasted pond water that tasted better. Genuinely concerned for thr quality and safety of everything they serve. Fries were delicious and piping hot though. Server was absent for the majority of the time I was there. If I spend over $3 on a soft drink, I expect refills. Never happened. All around unpleasant experience.

Took forever they made my food wrong and took over an hour
The burgers were really good, I'd go back. The only downside was that the food took a long time to arrive; it was a birthday party, which was understandable since there were quite a few people there. I would go back.
Aaron, Sidney, and Jeff!!! 😇😇😇 I have been traveling to Memphis for years! Been to Texas De Brazil, Ruth’s Chris, Longhorn Steak houses, Seasons 52, Capital Grille, Benihana’s, etc. and they were all very nice, but the best service I have EVER had in Memphis has been here at Red Robin! They communicate, kind from their hearts, it’s just genuine!!! I have found the new spot for me and my toddler sons for a looong, long time! We will shoot over here after we leave Urban Air from now on! 🥰❤️❤️❤️🙌 The food is a so good and fresh! 2 people can share a salad!

The food was fresh, hot and service was spot on. Waitress was very polite and professional. Wish I could remember her name. She deserved a recommendation. GlSs never went dry,and she checked on us frequently.

Worse service I have ever experienced. Me, my son and mother in law got here to eat lunch & the server looked like she didn’t want to be there and was rude. Took about 10 minutes before our server even greeted us. There was only 4 tables in the whole entire restaurant. It was dead. We ordered our drinks & food all at the same time. After literally 45-50 minutes of waiting, we told our server forget it, we were tired of waiting for our food. As my 4 year old was getting antsy. So we got up and left. And the manager didn’t even come to apologize or anything. People that came in before us were still waiting for their food. Never again will I visit this restaurant when I come visit TN.
The service was excellent and the food was really good too. I really liked the atmosphere! It’s an excellent place to go with family and have a great time.

TL;DR: Very hit or miss.
Our service was unacceptable, but our friends at a table with a different server had an excellent experience.
Overall the restaurant was so loud that the server had trouble hearing our order. When our drinks were brought out 2 at a time, they were not correct. I ordered the Coconut Coca-Cola from the bottomless drinks menu and received a coke. When asked, the waitress replied that there was no such thing and I should drink coke. We insisted it was on the menu and she agreed to consult the manager. When it finally did arrive, it was quickly emptied and remained empty for the remainder of my meal. It was finally refilled after I no longer needed it.
We ordered a variety of standard fare including an appetizer that arrived with the meal which was not at a temperature that indicated freshness.
I specifically ordered the Bonzai Burger. It was dry, and a little overcooked. This is a burger that comes with pineapple and even the pineapple was dried out. Easily the worst burger I've had at a Red Robins and among the worst burgers I've had in general. I did not eat half of it. The fries that came with it were a little warm when they arrived and did not taste great. But they were better than the burger so I ate them.
Management had to step in later to help get refills and bring the appetizer that we no longer wanted.
After all that we had issues both with how the check was split up. We were charged for an additional drink, and the appetizer they asked us to take anyway was still on the bill. After two attempts to fix the split, half of our party decided they'd rather pay for the extra drink that was on their ticket than have to deal with it anymore. At this point we were unable to pay for it at all because it kept saying the check has changed (with no communication from management or the server between this and the last time they said it was correct).
I don't know if it was a catastrophic service breakdown caused by an influx of larger parties due to a local soccer tournament, or if this is an issue with training and attentiveness. The variety of issues though from food quality to service do not bode well for a return trip to this location.
Of note, three members of our party used the restroom here and had a consensus that it was not very clean.

Erik was an awesome waiter. I haven't had Red Robin almost 10 years. Still as awesome as I remember.
