Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The burgers range from $14 to $18 each. Our server (Porsche I think) was attentive and overall wonderful. Food took quite some time to come out even though the place was at maybe 20% capacity. And we were offered a promotion to get a certain item for free if we signed up for their rewards program, but when it was time to pay, oops that program expired a week ago. The food was missing elements: IE, the burning love burger should have a grilled pepper on top, but didn't. The deep fried jalapeno coins inside were refrigerator cold. The kids loved the mac and cheese. The fries were fine. It's been probably 4 years since we visited this restaurant and might be another 4 years until our next.

Today 3-15-25 The burger 🍔 experience was positive thanks to Ms Wanda. A few items were left off of my burger 🍔 and Ms Wanda made a fresh new burger 🍔 for me! Thank you Ms Wanda for making this Red Robin experience awesome 😎

They take forever to get you your doordash order. I waited 25 minutes for mine, i unassigned cuz at that point im not waiting anymore. There were 3 dashers that came in AFTER me and they all got their food before me. Red robin wasnt even super busy. Ugh it feels like red robin was taking money out of my pocket

After being seated then forgotten, it went downhill after that. The server was scarcely seen. She did bring a side of fries as a token for not showing up to the table for 25 minutes. Confusion in the kitchen as I was finishing my salad, my food was delivered with another salad and the server looked confused we they saw I already had my salad. The food was fresh and as I had ordered. Never saw anyone to check on my drink and 40 minutes after I finished my meal, I finally got my check. I really like Ted Robin but I would find another location

Not clean from floor to tables and menus. Menu wrong. Server not clear. Order a second beer and it was never brought because I had too much in my current glass. Fries not crispy. Guacamole was brown. Cheese dip like water. After getting very bad appetizers we all decided to not order a meal and we all just get fries. Stayed for the conversation with friends.

Slow service and overpriced food. Watch the deceptive way 'bottomless sides' are listed on the menu. There is a list of 'bottomless sides' and a separate list for 'premium sides' . However, only the first 3 sides listed in the first box are included with your burger. Other sides in the same box include an up-charge-- read the small print. This means: we paid $14.79 each for a small burger and $2.99 more for sweet potato fries. Not to mention, we waited a long while for our meal. My fries were hot but the burgers were cold. However, the biggest problem was the fact that neither our server nor her manager could use their equipment to utilize our gift card. I called the gift card company to verify that there was $50.00 on it. Yet, neither employee could process it. Or could trouble shoot the issue, which means we had to pay for this meal. 2 small burgers, sweet potato fries and 2 soft drinks cost $47. and some change. Certainly not worth it.

Our server was very good the cocktails were good as well food was ok not great but while the server was taking our order a man who had stains on his shirt and chapped lips with white stuff in the corner came over and was weirdly hovering asking us if we were from Memphis and how long we had been there it was all very strange and off putting then he told us he was a manager there I’m very confused on why he thought it was ok to hover over our table and stare at us

Today was my second time eating at Red Robin, both times eoth my daughter. I didn't really enjoy the 1st time but agreed to return again. When we walked we were greeted by the age whom were very nice. He seated us and we ordered. We ordered burgers in which I did not enjoy. The bread was too thick, it fell apart when I bite it. Last visit I ordered a chicken sandwich wimhuch had to go back because it was not fully cooked by the time it was returned my appetite was no longer. Anyhow I'm normally not obe to write reviews but I'd heard so much about Red Robins.

Husband’s fried chicken sandwich was overcooked and tasted like fish. Change your oil! What I thought was a wonderful cobb salad ended up making me sick. They need to clean the place! Crap splattered all over the walls and the blinds are in shambles. Will not return.

went here for my bfs bday for a quick stop and it was great! our server Jake was amazing and very attentive and overall just nice!! the burgers are so good, they have a few smaller burger options but they are still a good decent size for the price! overall enjoyed it, we were seated right away and had no issue with our food at all, will be back again:)
