The place was not busy at all and we still had to wait close to 4 minutes to be greeted by a hostess. We were told there was a 15 minute wait and I assumed it was short staff. Waited 30 minutes and asked about the wait and all I got was "yes, we're still waiting".We used to like coming here but every visit gets worse with the service.

Delicious food, especially the mozzarella twists and the cheese fondue. The manager was extremely nice and check on us to make sure we were satisfied. Definitely a great place to have a laid back dinner.

So normally the food is good if you get a burger or a wrap but the ribs were so fatty , 3/4 of the ribs were not eatable. They brought us another small rack and some meat but then again same thing.Bathrooms needs repairs. When toilet paper is not in the toilet paper dispenser and everyone is touching the whole role and or having it fall on the ground and locks not being fixed in the stalls, makes one think they do not care about the patrons.

The food was just ok. They need a better selection for people who don't want burgers n chicken. Fries were ok. I expected better. The parmesean Brussel sprouts were not good, and they were overcooked. It took a while to get drinks, and there were only a few people in there. This will never be a choice of mine to return here.

Subpar service, lukewarm food, multiple errors on simple orders.... The place was not busy and the little service we had was rude. It's like the customers are an afterthought. The other tables were being treated the same way. Our food orders were messed up and sat in the window way too long. The portions were much skimpier than the one we have been going to for years in Jackson. The mistakes they made were not even corrected. They even tried to charge us for another table's items added to our bill. The server tried to argue that it was correct, and these were multiple items none of us even had at the table! Do yourself a favor and eat to support local businesses. Go to Huey's or the local burger place in Arlington.
Sunday night was a bit bland, but the atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. Saturday night are bustling and fun to be around. The milkshakes normally are really good but this day they were off a bit.

Terrible experience at this Red Robin. Was seated and then ignored by every member of the wait staff for over 20 minutes. Was finally waited on and then given water that tasted rotten, told my waitress and she casually told me “our water tastes bad and everyone says it tastes like metal”. Wow.
