Whitney is the best server at this establishment. We go here because of her service‼️
Very Nice. Currently quiet but can see this place being very busy during live music. Menu looks GREAT!

I so wanted this to be a good place for some live music and food but alas I was sorely disappointed. We walked in, sign says seat yourself, not even a hello from the bartender or anyone who worked there. We sat down and no one came to the table to great us, to see if we wanted drinks and/or something to eat. After 10 minutes of no acknowledgment we left. Maybe you have be a regular to get service. Needless to say we won’t go back.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Orleans, and I must say, the transformation from Rock House to this vibrant new spot is nothing short of spectacular! The atmosphere is welcoming and lively, making it the perfect place to unwind with friends or enjoy a casual night out.
Now, let’s talk about the star of the show: JD, the cook. I’ve had my fair share of bar food, but JD elevates it to a whole new level. Every dish he prepares is a masterpiece, showcasing not just skill but a true passion for food. Whether it’s the classic wings, loaded nachos, or his signature burger, each bite is bursting with flavor and creativity. You can really taste the quality and care that goes into every meal.
JD is hands down the best cook I’ve ever encountered at a bar, and it’s clear that he takes pride in his work. If you’re looking for a place where the food is just as exciting as the atmosphere, The Orleans is the spot! I can’t recommend it enough—make sure to stop by and experience JD’s culinary magic for yourself!

3 different meals 1 fried chicken, 1 pork chop and 1 country fried steak. Was told the CFS was breaded in house but it was a minced up patty inside, almost like prebreaded but then they re-breaded it IN house so whatever. The chicken was good as well as the pork chops my friends said. We were there at 11am for lunch on a thurs but they only had 1 order of pork chops left in the kitchen which is why I gambled on the CFS. The veggies were good and seasoned and rolls were just typical sister shubert type, which is fine. The wait staff kept our drinks full and food came out quick.

We have tried this palce a few times and the results dont change. Service is bad - barteder is not the most pleasant person. You give bad service with an attitude - its going to show in your tip, especailly when drinks have been added that we didnt order. As for atmospshere its full of too much drinking, I guess we should have expected that, at least managment should control bad behavior or at least stop serving people drinks after a certian point.
New guy doing karaoke Thursday nights is crummy
Love the vibe went right before St. Pattys day and it was awesome got some temporary shamrock tats and beads 👏🏻
Food was good, beer was nice and cold
So how terrible is this place? Terrible. No need to elaborate. There are plenty of places that aren’t terrible. Go to one of them. Why? Because this place is terrible.
In case a few of you happen to be connoisseurs of unintentional disaster: This bar is an impressive reflection of Memphis at its worst: small-time arrogance, awkward incestuousness, and crippling insecurity.
I walked in hoping to find a welcoming place. Instead, I found a side-eyeing Confederacy of Dunces basking in a neon glow.
Despite warnings from everyone else, I had no other options. I just needed to blow off some steam. But honestly? Everyone was right. This place is trash.
Under normal circumstances, I wouldn’t waste another second thinking about the sadness that is Rock Live in Collierville, except that I happened to be there at a terrible moment in my life.
Burgeoning psychiatrists may find this place interesting—maybe even a challenge - but in any other light, this collection of wounded individuals is just a night ruining tragedy.
In short. If you want to know if a bar is fun, inviting, has decent food or drinks, creates energy, makes you glad you showed up; This place does none of those things. In fact, it defines the opposite of those things.
In conclusion, life is short — but if it lasted 10,000 years — one night would be too many.
