Food awful, place smelled like old grease, service ok. It's just a bar with greasy tasteless food. Not worth the time or money.

Over serves and over charges.

I ordered grilled cheese tonight. It tasted bad. The cheese was spoiled. My husband ordered a burger. After 20 mins the waitress came out and said the meat patty was frozen and they spent that much time trying to defrost. He then ordered chicken quesidilla which took another 20 mins to arrive with burnt marks. We paid for our 2 teas and cheesesticks which were only edible thing. Never going back again. Last time we went before christmas my tots were hard as rocks where my husbands were perfect.

So, we left and went to Perkins. Told our waitress what happened there. Before I could tell her I had grilled cheese she mentioned they went a week ago. Her daughter also got grilled cheese and refused to eat it. She too said it tasted bad. They too determined the cheese was bad.

Why the food took so long who knows. They only had 3 tables total including us. The other 2 tables already had their food.

We had a great time at Rock House Live last night. We have been here twice before but the vibe yesterday seemed much more festive.this visit Chicago provided great service, great recommendations on food (try the gator tacos!) and lively conversation. We will be back again soon!

Absolutely the worst burger and fries. I don't recommend. Tasteless tasted like steam cooked beef. Fries cold and soggy. Hello Krystal burger and fries

Lived here my whole life finally a real bar in town. (Last one was Durangos in 1991). Tony trophy room ain’t it. Thanks for coming to my hometown. Now that Jen and Tanner are here even better.

I loved this place until last night. I usually come there to get their wings—I did say wings; I didn't mention drummies. I usually order and receive all flats with an upcharge, but last night, I was told, "Nope, we can't do that." Their wings are delicious when I can get all the flats and when the right chef is cooking and doesn't overcook them. The first time I came to this restaurant, I ordered 12 wings and received ten drummies and two wings. Their fries are amazing. I think they usually precooked the wings, and then they get overcooked when they warm them up. I would rather wait 20 minutes and get them freshly cooked than overcooked wings. To make a long story short, I will not be back until they let you order flats.

We've been to this Rock House Live a few times. It's a great place to meet family and friends. Food and beverages are excellent. Staff is great!! Love the patio!!!

Very poorly managed. The management obviously cares more about a certain band playing than the patrons of the establishment (paying customers). Will never go back and l'll never recommend to anyone. Absolutely disgusting behavior!

Nice, casual, and family-friendly atmosphere. Good service and friendly staff. I ordered the chicken rice bowl, which was very good.
