Surprisingly great food! I knew of the store from previously having picked up an order for someone else through DoorDash, and was curious enough to go try it myself.The only issue I ran into was that Google doesn't seem to agree that this store even exists, including on Salsarita's own store map, so that was a bit confusing when I tried to make sure they were open when I was going. SalsaRita’s is pretty much just like Moe’s, Qudoba, Chipotle, etc. I explained to the employee we had never been to Salsaritas before and I asked a few questions. She was not very helpful and didn’t explain anything about the different choices. The food was tasty and the place was generally clean except the trash can overflowing. There’s Nothing really special that makes Salsaritas stand out over the other choices.
I’m just a little disappointed. I generally love the protein bowl but last night the protein bowl was not the best. Thought I encountered a bone, it can happen but after several I looked closely at my food it wasn’t bones but instead dry hard old rice it was entirely too much ended up throwing my food away. The chips and queso is always great and the coke was extremely good first time getting a coke from there. I’ll give it a break for the time being.
