Everytime we stop by, the doors are locked & no one is up front… We just left, again… Our 3rd unsuccessful trip to Collierville for donuts we didn’t get. It’s upsetting to say the least… I guess we’ll stop trying

Worst donuts I have ever had. They were dry, very heavy & packed. Very little glaze. Very large size but not even worth it. Used to be excellent but not anymore. Hire someone who knows how to make donuts!!

This is has to be the worst donut place I've been too. Growing, up in the Collierville area I was a frequent Sam's donuts regular. I mean I use to put them close to Gibson's because I didn't want to take that drive across town. Yet, I have been going to the Donut Hutt the past few years because I honestly forgot about Sam's. Yet, that was the worst mistake ever. Although the size was big, the donut taste like the smell of motor oil. I threw all of it away. The customer service was horrible as well. The lady wasn't friendly at all, it was like I was getting on her nerves for ordering. Oh, and I almost walked out before ordering because of how the place looked, the atmosphere was a mess. Like cleanup, get a theme or something it stuff everywhere. You can support local and still be a laid back coffee shop. Sorry Donut Hutt, that's what I get for just trying to go to a different donut place in Collierville. No worries, it will be Donut Hutt or I will just take the drive to Gibsons. Do better Sam's and get your old workers and recipies back.

Come here from michigan when I am visiting tennessee.
The doughnuts was hard and old I asked for 3 doughnuts and I quickly changed my mind to 2 but he charged me for 3 and acted like he gave me the third on for free but once a took a bite I quickly threw them away because they was not good or even close to being fresh

I bought the donuts right after tasting them. There's a reason the donuts run out early every time. I went to three donut places near Collierville, and I will often go to Sam's Donuts, which is close to my house.

Shop is very dim. Donuts are big, but doughy. Not light and fluffy. Donuts seem old too.We didn’t finish our box.
Also the card machine is very old and slow. He made me run my card multiple times. I had to show him that I already been charge- my bank sent an alert for duplicate transactions. The cashier was on the phone the whole time and not friendly.
My favorite shop is on W Popular and was out of donuts. So I will not be back to Sams. Collierville have way better donuts within a mile of this place.

Very poor customer service. I walked in alongside a white male. The cashier came to take my order and greeted only the white male BEHIND me. I’m not asking for a lot, but a simple hello/good morning to acknowledge I’m standing there goes a long way. The cashier instead stared at me blankly waiting for me to tell him what I wanted.I put my card into the card machine and waited for the approved message to appear. I noticed it was taking a while for processing, so I pushed my card in a bit to be sure it was properly inserted into the chip reader. I make sure the card is all the way inserted into the chip reader everywhere I go, never had this problem before. The cashier pushes my hand away as I’m doing this to do it hisself, almost as if I was trying to pull the card out and leave without paying…..?My experience this morning was not pleasant and I certainly did not feel welcome in the establishment.I saw another reviewer comment questioning whether their poor customer service was due to race and I think that could be a possibility.
