This Collierville location is ridiculous. I have been so disgusted. Let's start off with the unprofessional cashier. She had a horrible attitude and was snappy for no reason. She even threw my cup on the counter at me. I hate this location in the evenings. I'm learning that day crew is BETTER and more professional than the evening/night crew. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap with an extra tender. When it came to the table I had 1 piece of COLD chicken and a hunk of lettuce. On top of that I PAID FOR AN EXTRA CHICKEN. The day shift serves hot, chopped up chicken in the wrap. This night crew serve cold thrown together food. The mangers need to stay at night and teach them all more training. I told the manager which was a very short black man with earrings and he was the least bit concerned. This location is TRASH and serves TRASH.
The Southaven location takes PRIDE in thier customer service and I have neeeeever been treated rudely nor have I served TRASH.
The Collierville location needs their trainers. DO NOT EAT HERE!! They are prejudice and rude!!!

We usually order online for pickup. It is always ready faster than we can get there. The food is hot and tasty. The staff always friendly when we order in person instead of online.
If your ice cream machine is down or whatever.....tell me when I order a shake. I finished eating 10 minutes ago and I still don't have my shake ....wasting my money, wasting my time.
