Came to get a pretzel, shake and route 44 drink. I got a half broken pretzel sans cheese sauce although I ordered it. The problem wasn’t bad until I pushed the button to say what was incorrect on my order and got a person who called herself NeeNee .She was rude at best. I’m sure this job can be hard but it’s what you signed up for. She was unconcerned and made comments as if we’d eaten the broken pretzel. We could hear her making rude comments through the intercom. We did not respond or get into any confrontation with this employee.If she is not the owner then the owner should know how poorly this woman is representing his/her/their establishment.We all need our jobs and our freedom, so please BE BETTER.

Don’t bother.They said there were “only 2 people working” during a dinner rush, but there were 3 visible inside. They took more than 10 minutes just to say, “we’ll be right with you” so quickly that it was hard to even understand, finally left after 15 mins without any service. I won’t be back.

Nene was so pleasant and an absolute delight to talk to. She perfectly handled (with absolute humor and grace) my fiancé’s reaction when he found out they no longer have the butterfinger blast; she deserves a raise for that alone. ⭐️ Thank you, Nene! (& thank you for the eclipse glasses!)

The manager NeNe was very inappropriate and rude. I ordered two pretzels and a water. One pretzel was sent out with the top portion broken off. I called the box to let her know and she said ok. I waited a couple of minutes and called again because no one had coke out and then she says I packed them myself as if there’s no way and sent a hopper out to get the food. Then all the employees look out the window as if they are talking about me and the transaction. I hear her say as the employee walks out the door I want my damn pretzel piece the missing part which I did not have. This was very embarrassing and unprofessional. I hope they receive better management.

The milkshakes, slushes, and drink varieties are great. Tater tots are good and throw in some mozzarella sticks for a great treat. Love the foot long chili cheese coney or a corn dog. The burgers are good, the service is quick. In love to order on the app and then drive over, pull into a bay, and put the bay number and the food is delivered.

Prefer the Collierville location on US72.I prefer my fries and tots cooked and golden and not pale and luke warm.Ask for them well done. Or ask for Easy, Easy, Easy ice in your drink. Its a fun game - You'll still get raw tots and 3 sips out of a Rt44 drink after being left with a cup of ice a half inch from the top. I can't even eat an item with chili, which is half their menu. I hafta ask for a side of chili with my entree of salt. Geez. Wow!Rethink.
