Worst meal I ever had. Service was horribleWas seated and told to walk to other side of building to place my orderMenu said 3 egg omlete was $7 was charged $9 plus $3 extra for cheese , onion, and spinach. Wanted bacon with my complete was charged $5 extra. And a biscuit was extraOrdered cup of coffee which l had to carry to the table. Total for 21.00 and had to pay when order was placed and put in tip before it would take my cardWhen I got to the table with my coffee there was no creamer. When food arrived no butter or jelly for a hughcold biscuit. Bacon was cold. Omlete was hot but not real good .I feel bad for leaving a tip for bad serviceWish I had gone to waffle house they would have at least offered me a refill on coffee after trying to choke down that biscuit I really need itThe coffee was goodWill never go there again

First time at Staks. It was clean and not too busy at 9am on a Sunday. We were seated and instructed to go up the counter and order when we were ready. Our party of four sent two people to order for us. We should have had all of us go order so we could pick sides and fine tune the order without guessing. And don't forget to look for your table number before going to order.Food came out quick and was correct. Everybody was happy with their choices. There is some seating outside but we had plenty of room inside.The counter ordering system wasn't difficult just akward. It would be a better experience if there was full table service.We will be back soon

The food here was pretty decent! The service was ok as well! We definitely enjoyed the mimosa flight! The mermaid mimosa was pretty good as well! I will say that their avacado toast was the best I’ve ever had! We will definitely return!

Today was my first time eating at Staks, and I was very impressed. The food was so good and fresh. The food portions are huge. I had the Shrimp Béchamel Omelet, French toast, and Candy Bacon, along with a coffee to drink. I was met by the owner when we entered, and he followed up to make sure that everything was up to par. That speaks for itself. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for an amazing experience.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu

My husband and I went to Staks for breakfast recently as we were looking for a place to make our regular breakfast spot. Staks certainly will not be it. If I could have given a -1 star I would have. This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. I had the smoked salmon omelette. The salmon, what little bit there was, was dry and didn't taste smoked. The egg was dry, rubbery, cold, and cooked till brown. The capers and onion were on top of the omelette rather than inside the omelette and the cream cheese on the inside was only on one end. No care whatsoever went into making this omelette. I had a side of stone ground grits. They tasted as though they had been extended with flour. They were lumpy and tasteless, except for the taste of flour. It was all inedible. I brought this to the attention of the manager which seemed to make her angry. She went to the kitchen and the head chef came to our table. I explained to him why I was displeased with my food and I asked if I could be reimbursed. Reimbursement is not their policy and I didn't want a voucher as I knew I wouldn't be returning. The response from the chef regarding the quality of the food was "this is how we've done it for 10 years". He angrily grabbed my plate and went back to the kitchen, shaking his head in disgust. That was it. I never saw him or the manager again. I won't even talk about the inconvenience of placing the order and getting a table. So, to sum up this review: the food was horrible, getting seated was inconvenient, and management was unconcerned and rude. My husband's experience was almost as bad but I'll let him submit his own review.
Awful ordering process and very low staff to customer ratio. Eggs way overcooked. You could bounce them across the room. Some of the food was good, but they forgot one of our orders. We had to ask twice and they finally brought it out after everyone else (table of 6) had finished. What they brought out was sad. Three hastily cooked protein pancakes that were obviously rushed and scraped off the grill. Very thin and dry. The fruit bowl consisted of a couple pineapple slices and a few melon chunks. No apology, only an excuse that they only had two cooks and a big $300 order they were working on. That's not my fault and shouldn't be my problem. Maybe you could have told us that up front? Very disappointing. Won't return.

Great staff, great food. Birthday cake pancakes and cinnamon roll pancakes are two of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. Chicken parm croissant is incredible as well. If you are looking for a breakfast place, this is it.
