While I mainly go here in the morning and do a pre order on the phone (line is always long). I got a freebie drink or menu item on my birthday. while i did not get it till 5PM, which did catch me off guard as i didnt know they had that option.
I had a customer step in front of me to complain about a botched drink purchase, and I was fine with it b/c we have all had a mess up but they went above and beyond made my drink super fast and gave me my blue berry muffin for free. They are always very nice and friendly with me when I go in. Definitely a step above some of the other Locations ive gone to.
Met here for coffee with a friend I haven't sent in a while. Always friendly service and they are always accommodating. I have a dairy allergy and they are always happy to sub almond milk for me with a smile. Nice atmosphere to visit with friends and never feel rushed or uncomfortable. Always clean and baristas are friendly.\n
