This is by far the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. It wasn’t even busy, yet the service was painfully slow. Two employees were just standing around chatting ( one name was Kai ).Completely lacking in urgency or efficiency. Disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.

I had to pick up a bunch of travelers for a work event and staff here were so helpful. Someone helped me bring them out to my car. It shouldn't be so surprising, but it was surprising to me. How easy and smooth the entire customer service interaction was. Pretty much made my day.

The cashier texted the whole tome she took my order !!!! Was rude. Kept repeating my order back to me like i didn’t know what I wanted, acted as if she wasn’t paying any attention. I have pictures to post but i’ll speak to management first .!

I really wish this location would get it together. This is the closest one to my house and my daughter’s favorite place but they can’t get it right. Service is terrible. No urgency. Even been here a few times where they forgot to even make my order? I go to Starbucks all thought the country and this one consistently disappoints. Also why would I tip someone BEFORE service is rendered?

this starbucks CONSTANTLY gets my order wrong every single time. they don’t ask questions about what you want they just give it to you. the other day i went to get a replacement drink because the day before i ordered from the app and they got it wrong. when i was getting my replacement they didn’t even ask to see the order details and gave me the wrong size. i ordered a venti and they gave me a tall. i just left and i had to get ANOTHER replacement drink because they got it wrong again.

I typically don't leave reviews however, I feel that it is necessary. I am a frequent guest at this location however, this location is extremely inconsistent with their drinks.The barista's DON'T READ the drink orders entirely. Over the last 2-3 months my drink is rarely correct, its typically always missing something. So much to the point, when I go to the drive thru to pick up my mobile order, I always tell the worker to be sure my drink isn't missing "this or that". As I get to the window I can see the drive thru worker picking up my drink, getting ready to hand it to me while also reading my order, he or she then goes back to correct the barista's mistake. I get that Starbucks is a busy place however, it would make more sense to take the time out to read the order and make it right the first time. I've never been the person to ask the barista to remake a drink however, as of recently I've been doing so. I spend way too much money here to leave unsatisfied. I've even had a worker say "I know you're here often and you've been coming in lately to get your drink remade." as she offered me a $5.00 gift card for the inconvenience. While I appreciate the gift card, it doesn't suffice for the amount of times my drink orders has been incorrect and if this is something you acknowledge, then maybe additional training should be done for the baristas. Also, I always place mobile orders ahead of time before going into work, the point in doing so is so that my drink is ready to go when I get there, otherwise I would just go in or wait in line. If you can't move quickly and do your job correctly, then maybe slow down or work in an area you can handle!

The gentleman at the window had his hands all over the top of my lid. He was not the one preparing my drink but the one handling cards and cash. I had to wait until I got to my destination to enjoy my drink because I had to pour it in a different cup!

Ella was super rude and snooty. I was in the drive thru just for my coffee and a sandwich, and I was being smiley and friendly just to see a straight face mixed with annoyance, contempt, and a nasty attitude.
Whether you had a bad experience prior to me, or it's something going on at home, keep it at home. She only changed her attitude a little when I kept purposely glancing at her name on the apron. I guess you forgot that we are all are the reason you can pay for your rent. You're manager needs to speak with you about your nasty behavior towards customers, Ella.
