I wasn’t impressed with the food or service. I ordered eel nigiri and it was not good at all. Also ordered Mongolian beef and it was just subpar at best. If you’re looking for authentic or good flavor I’d say I’m sure you could find better for the price.

My family visited the Collierville,TN location this past weekend. We made reservation for a party of 20. We have elderly seniors in the group, which they did not allow to enter with everyone being there. The young male host had a nasty and rude attitude. The manager Rebecca was dismissive and lack the skillset to be effective. Lindsey our server was great! She has experience people skills and she was efficient and effective. Our chef was good as well. They made up for the unpleasant atmosphere that was created by the front of the house staff. Overall, we will not be visiting STIX anymore. Creating an atmosphere of Excellence is not a priority. I truly understand why the restaurant was not busy. Please take your money somewhere else!
I would not recommend going to Stix until the fix the following: the front door greeter is a horrible young man with lots of attitude. He must be the owner because he was all over the place and total rude. The manager on hand this past weekend was Rebecca. She lacked the proper skillset to manage or direct a staff. She could not think fast on her feet or make critical decision. There were a few great moments during our experience, which is that our server Linsey was outstanding. She was timely, patience and efficient. They tried to remove her from our table but we special requested her. Our chef was very entertaining and the food was good. Again, when you are spending your money at any restaurant there should be a level of excellent from the host, server, cook and management team that makes you feel important and special. I would not recommend this restaurant no time soon. Our prior visit in April 2025 was great, but November 2025 was horrible. I see why it was extremely slow this particular day. Bad business

I wanted to share feedback about my recent visit to your Collierville location. After arriving, we waited about 15 minutes without anyone greeting us, and when someone finally approached, she was clearly very high and could barely comprehend what we were saying — we had to repeat ourselves several times. Every table was full, there didn’t seem to be a cook available, and the entire experience felt extremely disorganized and unprofessional. We ultimately decided to walk out, and on our way out we advised a family of six not to go in based on what we experienced, and they chose to leave as well.

I came to a birthday gathering. I arrived a little late. I was told to move to another seat and that I had to order off the menu. I watched everybody receive their food from the grill. We had to ask for the waitress, and we waited for about 20 minutes. I paid $48 for rice that was 3 times smaller than everyone's food off the grill, a Dr Pepper, and spring rolls. I really feel scammed. I also told the waitress about the size difference. She said Yeah, it's like that, I said do I pay less She said No.

90% of the experience was not good 😐.
We were there celebrating my daughter and grandsons birthday. We seated at the hibachi table/grill around 8:15 but the hibachi chef didn't make it to the table until around 8:40pm. Three other tables were served head of us eventhough we were seated first. The server took our order incorrectly so there was confusion on that part. We had family that had health issues with rice and wanted to do a option of noodles. But the servant told us that we could not do that. By the time the chef had finished cooking it was time for the restaurant to close so we were being rushed to eat and finish our bday celebrations. We'll never go back or encourage others to do so!

Tight space , boring hibachi chef, and not so good food. Also gratuity was added to the bill, but was not displayed on the handheld device until after I added an additional tip of $40. The waitress came by to take our order. I had to ask another worker for to go boxes and to request the check.

NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME FOR THIS PLACE. It is a horrible service .we ordered from menu . After we ordered our starter , we didn’t see our server for about 20 min. I had to stop her to order something to eat . Than our food came in different time and my order salad were missing for another ten minutes and than my wife order was missing and waited another ten minutes. And mistakenly I ordered a corona bottle beer. I never got. But was still on the check.
Tokyo tea ( Long Island ice tea but melon touch ) it says on menu. But it was melon juice with ice.
After we paid was about to walk out , a stupid bartender came with bottle corona in her hands and asking me if I want my open bottle corona . I guess she wants me to take it out since I never got.
Bartender is horrible , manager absolutely doesn’t have any clue about managing a restaurant .
And our server ( oh my God) somone please help her to look tables and serve simple items . Like a drink or like a water or like a food 🥘. Please remind her where she works . .
