Great service! We were seated within 30 minutes of arriving and this was on Mother’s Day!
The appetizers arrived quickly - edamame, crab ragoom and calamari- each was delicious and full flavored.
All nine of us had the hibachi and it was so much better than any other we’ve had around Shelby

We used to eat here weekly until it went through multiple management changes, and it was noticeable. However, we recently visited Stix again, and food flavors were back up to where it was (except rice still not as flavorful as in the beginning). Service is hit or miss. Most often, it seems like 1 waitress has the whole area of tables, which really puts a damper on customer experience and makes what may be a good waitress seem neglectful, until you realize she is alone. Had a great time and everything was very good. Went for my son's 16th birthday and he had a great time. Love the hibachi grill experience. My filet mignon and shrimp were cooked perfectly and the garlic butter fried rice was outstanding. Price included a couple of adult beverages, which were very good
