So I have no complaints about the food i ordered it was delicious and fresh. My issue is I ordered a 3pc fried green tomato and when I got there for my order the young man said they didn't have any available and he refunded the card I used well that was a lie I was still charged for the items I did not receive and there is not a manager at this store and the so called operational managers number that was shared with me declined to answer the phone or return my call. So be cautious because they will get over on you and those 3pc tomatoes were $7,99.

Used to love them but now the owners are just greedy and ridiculous I spent $25 on chicken tenders for them to tell me it no longer comes with ranch and that if I wanted ranch I would have to pay for it.

I absolutely love Wing Guru- the food is always amazing HOWEVER your online order service is awful- and the phone numbers that are listed via google and other search engines do not work or the number that is working no one answers- this is specifically for the Collierville location. You are a business, you should be accessible and convenient for your customers. Where is the efficiency? You could be more profitable and successful if you would just improve the overall experience of ordering. It is inconvenient for me to leave my home to place an order, when I could have done it by phone or online. Come on get it together, because the food is on point but the experience is awful. A bad culture will eat whatever strategy you have in place alive and currently your culture of inefficiency is delivering a bad experience.

My first time at this Restaurant. The food was prepared fresh to order. When that box was opened by the staff and presented to me I was in love. They definitely do it right. Will definitely be a return customer. Just took a bite. Worth every penny. Support your local businesses!

We used to order every week from this place. The foods always been good but the service has gone down hill so much. Hopefully they fix it and work on hiring people who are personable and take pride in their job because we’ve just ended up going across the street to 901 a couple times now.

My boneless wings were soggy and tasted fishy.

The food tasted great and the cashier was very sweet. Now the bad stuff. NO AIR in 98 degrees outside. The restaurant didn’t have straws and I had to get up and walk 4 buildings down to get a FORK SINCE THEY DIDNT HAVE any utensils. Food 9 out of 10. The environment and the Chances of me ever going back 0 out of 10. The management need to understand this is business and if customers are hot and unhappy they don’t return. Do better

I called to place a to-go order. I was told that it was gonna take 15 mins and it was ready in 15 mins. The young guy that was there was very nice. My food was delicious, hot, and fresh.

Just picked up my order. The manager was there by herself but somehow had a big smile on her face and handled everything with ease. That’s a lot of work for one person but she was incredibly professional and didn’t show any frustration. We have consistently picked up from here for a couple years and have never had an issue.

Waited 1 hour for my order. The employee had only 3 orders to fill. Not a single order filled in that entire hour. Finally I asked him how long more and he got immediately hostile and angry. Refused to give a refund and said he would not get around to our order for a while. Worthless restaurant. Never got my food. Expensive food that you will never get.

wings are good but the service is the worst. ordered online order was supposed to be ready at 6 show up at 620 and im still waiting 25 minutes later. GO ANYWHERE ELSE THIS SUCKS

Great wings! My order was messed up due to circumstances out of their control and they were very professional and made it right. Will come back!

Best wings in Collierville!! Zsanae was great and would highly recommend!
