Walked into the location and it smelt like someone had just mopped with a old, sour, rink, dirty mop. The smell was horrible. Got my food only to notice that my wings looked like they had come from a baby chicken. The wings were beyond small and the girl behind the counter made a joke about just put some season on it and they will eat them. The customer service was beyond horrible to hear a joke being made about people spending their money and it not being appreciated. Get you some Tyson wings and stop going to these mom and pop grocery stores selling people anything.

Way overpriced for what it is. Charging extra for sauce and not having any included with wings I'd wild. They also charge 1.50 to put seasoning on the fries without telling you it's an upcharge on the meal.

Chris Becton at the Collierville location was AWESOME!! The delivery driver left part of my order at store but Chris made it right the next day afterward my family ordered again.. Kudos to Chris!!

This location needs some attention. The floor is greasy and unsafe, but I guess the “wet floor” sign indicates “enter at your own risk.” The bathrooms had dirty hand sinks with no paper towels. Alarm was hanging off the wall. Tea urn was uncovered.The cashier knew nothing about the product/sauces. We witnessed multiple people (probably tourists or first-timers) walk out after not getting answers to their questions about the menu.

When I walked into the Wing Guru store the woman behind the register was on a phone interview to get another job because "she needed to get out of this restaurant". She had a Bluetooth earpiece in her ear and never greeted or said anything to me. The restaurant was empty and a little messy. I waited about 5-7 minutes at the counter while listening to the woman's phone interview (who let the other person know that she "was an assistant manager). I left the store. (But things did not get better at the other wing establishment across the street). Both 901 Wings and Wing guru should be shut down!

"Let me get a 10 piece, hot lemon pepper, Mane!" Anytime I come to Memphis from Houston, stopping his is a must. We always order the 10 piece, season on the fries, fried green tomatoes. I will travel 600 miles to eat these, the crispy, lightly dusted party wings. The customer service is impeccable, the rewards program is unmatched, and the place is always clean.

This is the first time having the wings here in over a year bc the last time they were average. I’m so glad we went back! Tonight we got a 20 piece extra crispy and they were perfect! They had just enough sauce on them and perfect amount of crunch! Our French fries were even crispy and hot!! Keep it up Wing Guru! So glad to finally have a preferred wing spot!
Great customer service and the wing flavors were on point. I liked the hot Len pepper but bring some water. I didn't care to much for the fries.

So I called to place a to-go order and the woman over the phone asked me was I ok with paying over the phone. I said no and asked if they could start on it I’m coming you won’t lose your product because of a no show. I didn’t to wait for a long period of time, because I have things to do. That’s the reason for call ahead. She said yes. I get to the store and no one remembers and she’s standing there looking stupid like it wasn’t her. Anyway all she had to say was no we can’t do that and not waste my time. I still had to order because it’s not for me. Other than that I would have most definitely left.
