It’s in the gas station with no sign to show that you are in the right place. But when you get in and see all the people in line, you know that you are in the right place. The family that runs it is great and their food is authentic.

Best food in Collierville, probably the best Mexican food in the Memphis area. Tony uses quality ingredients and cooks everything to perfection. Of course the steak and chicken are great but if you have never had tripas (tripe/intestines) this is the place to try them. Tony's are simply amazing. Yes, this restaurant is in a gas station, which is not typical, but Tony's is a gem in the rough. Tony and his family are also super nice, every time I am in there, someone is saying hi and catching up since their last taco craving. If you are on the hunt for good Mexican food, you won't be disappointed.

Tony’s Tacos are absolutely the best tacos in the Memphis area. Tony is an awesome guy, and very funny too. My favorites are the Lengua, Tripa, Pastor, and Campechano but honestly they are all great. I’ve also tried the Birria Burrito and Chorizo nachos which were quite good as well. Try them out!
Breakfast burrito was insane and I did throw some of the delicious green sauce on it. Tony is such an awesome guy and you can tell he’s passionate about his food and customers. Glad I stopped by and will be telling everyone about this place.

I am in love with this man's food! I do not say this as lip service. I truly love this food. It makes my insides happy and all tingly! So much that I usually make little happy dances and pleasure sounds while eating. I don't even care who sees me either. There is more soul in this little gas station restaurant than anywhere within twenty miles. This is Soul Food at its best. You may ask how I can call Mexican food, Soul Food...? Here is my take...Soul Food, to me, is much more than a "type of food". Don't get me crooked, I am all about some OxTail's, Smothered Pork Chops, Chicken & Dressing, Turkey Necks, Greens, Cornbread, etc. etc. etc. It's about food made with love, by people who love to make food, with techniques and seasonings handed down through generations of good people. That is what you get here! Every time I eat here I am filled with the love of the folks in the kitchen as well as their ancestors. It's a small family business, and Tony is one of the greatest people you will ever meet. He is so happy to be in his little section of this gas station slinging this heavenly food. I drive 40 minutes each way from work to eat here and as soon as I leave I cannot wait to get back. It's that damn good!Everything is great, but you have to try the Carnitas! Life changing flavor!
