Avocado bowl is my favorite lord hammercy! You can't go wrong the food are delicious, I have revisited this restaurant over and over again in the past. The bowls are too little it makes me mad because it's really good, the only thing am requesting is could you please bring the prices down some and bowls a little bigger; because the store looks kinda empty when you walk thru the door and it should'nt be.

Got an Acai bowl... didn't like that it was pretty made and frozen. I would rather wait the 10 minutes to get a freshly made one. And for the price, its not that much, it half just some banana and berries. Do better. It taste okay

My daughter and I walked in and weren’t really acknowledged (no, Hi welcome to Tropical Smoothie) which is odd for this business, or at least at their other locations I know this is commonly practiced. While deciding what we wanted I noticed one lady behind the register was digging in her nose. The staff was also so consumed in their own conversation in their own language to actually help us, we looked over a few times to ask questions but they didn’t seem to want to help. I didn’t feel welcome as a customer and I definitely didn’t want boogers in my food so we left and I will not return to the Collierville location. There was another staff member standing separate from the three but she was consumed in her phone. Terrible.

My daughter and I walked into to this location, never at any other location we’ve been to have we had to walk out, but this one we did. Not really acknowledged when we came in which is not usual for this sort of business but we looked past it. I could not get over how the one older lady talking with two men in their native language was digging in her nose. Plus they were so concerned with laughing and talking in their own language to acknowledge customers. In a business setting this is the rudest thing you can do to customers. I didn’t want boogers in my food either so we left.

There was hair in my smoothie. Y’all are so disgusting putting hair in people beverages. I took the lid off and there were multiple strains of hair in my Bahama mama smoothie!

Place a order online just to have hair in my food and no one to talk to or assist me. NEVER AGAIN!!! THATS NASTY TO EAT SOME ONE HAIR!!! Collierville ready!!!

Ordered a smoothie bowl with acai. They have in the acai prep in bowls already. Hardly anything in the bowl. I asked for extra acai and ZERO fruit and it comes with Granola. I paid 12$ for Granola and a 1/3 cup of acai. NEVER going back. I'll go to smoothie king instead where they give you what you pay for. Had I looked at my smoothie before leaving the store I would have given it back. They put it in a bag. The owner is so cheap at this store. Tropical smoothie needs to be careful who they franchise to. This is very sad.Today I drove past tropical smoothie and went to smoothie king. The 3rd picture is of how much acai you get st smoothie king.

This is a place owned by Indians. I love the smoothies. It is the best place in the shopping center for something to eat or drink. I get the pomegranate smoothie a lot. It is very refreshing.
