Ordered a smoothie bowl with acai. They have in the acai prep in bowls already. Hardly anything in the bowl. I asked for extra acai and ZERO fruit and it comes with Granola. I paid 12$ for Granola and a 1/3 cup of acai. NEVER going back. I'll go to smoothie king instead where they give you what you pay for. Had I looked at my smoothie before leaving the store I would have given it back. They put it in a bag. The owner is so cheap at this store. Tropical smoothie needs to be careful who they franchise to. This is very sad.Today I drove past tropical smoothie and went to smoothie king. The 3rd picture is of how much acai you get st smoothie king.

This is a place owned by Indians. I love the smoothies. It is the best place in the shopping center for something to eat or drink. I get the pomegranate smoothie a lot. It is very refreshing.

The employees are awesome that work here they love their jobs and make you feel welcomed when you come in to eat here. Tino is always there when I go it's a usual lunch place for me he knows me order and my smoothie I drink I highly recommend this place for your quick smoothie fix or the awesome healthy food they have to offer with the incredible smoothies!!!!! 10/10 recommend

Ordered and paid for smoothies through the app and when my wife went to pick up our order it still had not been made. So she asked the store manager about what's going on and she can see our ticket with the order on it sitting behind the counter well he acts like we hadn't ordered nothing and he refuses to remake it so I have to go up there to the store show him where I've ordered this and paid for it before he will remake our order even though he has the ticket behind the counter. Do waste your time and money here as they were going to steal my money and give me nothing. Smoothie king is right around the corner and they have excellent customer service and smoothies. I will no longer be doing business with Tropical Smoothie Café.

The Avocalada had me HOOKED!!!!!!! Omg I literally went there 4 days out of the 5 days I was in Memphis!! I got the same thing each time!! It's just so good! It had avocado (my first time getting avocado in my smoothie) pineapple, coconut, lime, kale, and spinach!! When I tell you BOMB!!!! SO DELICIOUS!!! I've been trying to eat an avocado a day or something with it in it so I was happy about that!! They have LOTS to choose from on their menu. Hot items too! I also got a wrap and a kale apple side salad!! Yummyyyy!! I just wish there was a location near me in Southern California:( I just found out the closest is 45 minutes to an hour away in Rancho. Buuut it's close to a big mall I like to shop at so I'll definitely be going there when I do! I HIGHLY recommend!!!

The smoothies always are great in this place , but bowl is little expensive a pretty small compared with other place like a bowl from chick fil a , just find 3 pieces of grilled chicken in my ordered!!! Is just a good opinion for offer more better products for the customer !!!
Will not answer the phone if you need to adjust a pick up time and may hang up on you if they do answer. Horrible customer service at this location.

Extremely rude staff. Placed an online order and went to pick it up at which point I was told it was not available. So I sat for 25 minutes watching them take care of numerous customers while waiting for my order already paid for. Once I spoke to the lady she proceeded to yell at me telling me she didn’t see any order a gentleman came and looked in the fridge and found it. The lady was literally yelling at me and continued to do so telling me there was nothing she could do. Be weary of placing an order with them or coming in to this place.
