I give a one star to Wendy Because My 11 year old is walking around this Wendy And she saw a drink And she touch it but The four workers came here of nowhere And aggressively shout at my 11-year-old do not touch our drink! Like come on It is just a drink She didn't drink or anything And a worker so aggressive And I say You not supposed to put drink on customers table! It was so bad that The workers use profanity And scared my 11-year-old and even me when I don't get scared easily So I ran from this place without even getting my food

I visited inside-to-go at Collierville Wendy's on 3/5/2025 at 6:00pm. Great experience tonight, from the service at counter and the food. The cashier I had tonight has been with Wendy's in Collierville for a long time, always so cheerful, works hard and serves at 2 different places in the Collierville area. This guy and your crew tonight are a great team,keep them all on night shift,best experience in a while! Wtg Management for bringing Collierville Wendy's back, please keep it up!

Ordered in the drive thru. Had to repeat a simple order 3 times before the guy got it right. Then at the window we didn't get the entire order. The guy had already closed the window, so we waved and had to wait for him to notice and open the window. We told him we still had more coming. When he finally handed out the rest of the order, he said nothing. Not sorry or have a good day...nothing. As he closed the window again I shouted YOU ARE WELCOME then pulled away. We won't be back.

Cold hard fries appears to have a female gang banger at the window.... also the cinnamon pull apart they have is definitely not worth the money.

Drive through service was slow asked for a receipt and the girl turned her back to me and closed the window. Fries weren’t salted, sandwich was missing ingredients.

This was in olive branch Ms at hacks cross road and hwy 78. The rudest girl served our meal at the drive tru. I ask her if she could take the drink tray back and she would not answer me. We did not get one of our meals the classic chicken nor did we get a receipt or enough straws.
Loved the saucy nuggets and fries. I went through the drive thru, and the service was prompt, and the food hot and fresh!

It's 8:02 pm & I'm eating the chili. Tastes homemade. Whoever made this chili can COOK outside of here!!! Seasonings were like a backyard grilling get-together. ??? 10 stars for flavor, 10 stars for service, 10 stars for speed & 10 stars for efficient. I've never had a bad experience since moving here 10 months ago, but now I wish I got the large. Thanks Wendy's employees, for being responsible, supporting your families & feeding the public! Outstanding Job!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
