To get a attitude because nobody will get off the timer is so stupid to me…im sick the rudeness…if you don’t like working in fast food get another job…its simple..and its always one of them older ladies in the morning

Prepare to wait 20 minutes or more in the drive thru line even if you're the only one there. They'll make you pull forward and wait near the door and then take their time now that the sensors in the drive thru lane think your order is done. It was an empty restaurant with nobody inside and no line at the drive thru, it still took 23 minutes. I can't believe this place is still open when it's run like this. They also didn't provide me with a receipt, so there's no way to give feedback. This place is run by lazy people cheating the system so they don't have to work. Sunday Dec 7th, 10:15am. Ordered two sausage biscuits, that's all. 23 minutes.
There's nothing better than a fresh out Wendy's hamburger, but it's luck of the draw at this place. 9 times out of 10, I get an old hamburger, even when I ask that they cook it fresh. The one time I do get fresh hamburgers, it's delicious, but with costs the way it is, I refuse to take the chance anymore. Corporate office--please put some people in there that care about the quality of the food I pay a lot for.

I went thru drive-thru service. Not quality food and amount wasn't provided a medium fry instead of large and no sauce for the chicken nugget. I had to pay extra!

The only positive thing I can say is the French toast sticks are always fresh, BUT they are never open when they are supposed to be. I work in the area and come often for breakfast and 3 out of 5 times I am the only car in the drive thru sitting at the speaker for more than 5 minutes only to be told they are not open yet and it will be 10 more minutes. Each time it gets later and later today I was told 5 minutes at 7:20 and yesterday 10 min at 7:17. Your hours say you are supposed to be open at 7am, so if you need time to get ready for customers you should come in earlier because I can promise you Wendy's is losing business to the McDonald's down the street during breakfast. Wendy's is not worth being late to work.

Never actually open when they say they are, no one answers the drive through or you have to wait a really long time even when there is no one else there.
Service is worst. They don’t even respond to us. It took 25 mins to get my order it though there’s been many employees and the store is too slow at the time.

Has to be one of the last un-updated Wendy's in existence, and everything about this place makes it obvious. Flies in the lobby, stuff all over the counter making it look amazing mess, gross empty ketchup dispenser, employees ignoring customers until they just can't anymore and then being wholly rude when asked simple requests.

Whole staff is incompetent and lacks professionalism as well as anger management skills. They can’t even count money. It’s sad. I won’t be coming back here.
