I’ve worked in Collierville for about 6 years. Once a year I decide to give this location another shot and they never fail to disappoint. They’ve always messed up my order at the drive thru and this time they had 2 trainees at the checkout at noon inside. Took 25 minutes after I placed my order to get my food. Of course, once again they are out of everything. No ketchup or mayo at a fast food place, really. No Tea, in the south? Horrible location, and I really like Wendy’s!

MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Upon arrival I heard her telling another customer in the drive thru “READING IS FUNDAMENTAL, YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO LEARN THAT IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL” while rolling her eyes approaching me at the counter inside, I greet her with a friendly “Hi” she proceeded to say “now what can I get you” just rude. No professionalism at all VERY inconsiderate of customers. ALSO, she didn’t provide her name.

Excellent service, everyone was very friendly. It was just to hot in the dining room. I lasted about 5 minutes before I had to go. The manager said she's trying to get someone to come fix it. Will definitely be back.

So sick of this location,very unprofessional. I have attempted two times to order here. The first time I attempted the front counter was so disorganized and backed up. My second attempt months later I walk in and told only excepting drive-thru orders. Some people are on their lunch break and drive big trucks that can't fit drive-thru smh...Done with this ratchet location unbelievable how fast food restaurants are going downhill in Collierville Tn.... ..

I was handed a drink that was dripping wet with soda all over the cup and lid. When I checked my bag I noticed that there wasn’t a kids toy. I asked the cashier for a kids toy then she asked the manager for a toy but the manager said that they don’t give toys anymore. The cashier relayed the message to me so I asked if I could get a junior frosty in place of it because that is what other Wendy’s do when they run out of toys. The manager had an attitude and I could over hear her saying “I just don’t understand!”, then she walked away. Another staff member came to the window and said that Wendy’s do not give out toys anymore. I asked him why and he said that this was a Wendy’s/franchise decision. So I asked him why does the receipt still say kids toy. He said that just come with the order but it’s not paid for, something like that. So then I asked if I could just get a junior frosty in place since that is what other Wendy’s do when they run out of toys. He gave me the frosty and I do thank him for it. I don’t appreciate the unprofessionalism of management there. I understand if things run out, just say that. There is no need for the attitude or the lying.

I give a one star to Wendy Because My 11 year old is walking around this Wendy And she saw a drink And she touch it but The four workers came here of nowhere And aggressively shout at my 11-year-old do not touch our drink! Like come on It is just a drink She didn't drink or anything And a worker so aggressive And I say You not supposed to put drink on customers table! It was so bad that The workers use profanity And scared my 11-year-old and even me when I don't get scared easily So I ran from this place without even getting my food

I visited inside-to-go at Collierville Wendy's on 3/5/2025 at 6:00pm. Great experience tonight, from the service at counter and the food. The cashier I had tonight has been with Wendy's in Collierville for a long time, always so cheerful, works hard and serves at 2 different places in the Collierville area. This guy and your crew tonight are a great team,keep them all on night shift,best experience in a while! Wtg Management for bringing Collierville Wendy's back, please keep it up!
