When I walked into the Wing Guru store the woman behind the register was on a phone interview to get another job because "she needed to get out of this restaurant". She had a Bluetooth earpiece in her ear and never greeted or said anything to me. The restaurant was empty and a little messy. I waited about 5-7 minutes at the counter while listening to the woman's phone interview (who let the other person know that she "was an assistant manager). I left the store. (But things did not get better at the other wing establishment across the street). Both 901 Wings and Wing guru should be shut down!

Great customer service and the wing flavors were on point. I liked the hot Len pepper but bring some water. I didn't care to much for the fries.

Service was amazing! I placed an order over the phone and the young lady, Kristian, was so nice & was very patient. I was asking questions about the flavors and she explained them very well. Also the food was amazing! Will be going back!!!

I really enjoy not only the many flavors that they carry, but also the size of the wings. I have only done take out, but service has been excellent. This is highly recommended.

Imagine placing a $75 dollar order just to get the wrong pizzas handed to you. Then when you come back a day later to get the right order(we live an hour away and work for a living which is why we didn’t drive back right away), ( because we still wanted what we paid for) the manager - Jeremy Daniels (Allegedly) comes out and screams at you in the store in front of other customers. Thanks for ripping off customers that have been ordering from this location since 1996.

Sometimes you have to wait but I would rather wait for my food and show up and have it be cold nasty and gross.. always cooked right always tastes amazing Liz only 4 stars because sometimes they can be rude when answering the phone

On Tuesday before the Super Bowl I ordered 70 wings to be ready at 5:30pm on Sunday. I paid and even tipped in advance. Yazma, the young lady who took my order, said that they would be ready on time. We'll in typical fashion no such luck. My order wasn't ready until 6:30pm. I missed watching the entire 1st and part of the 2nd qtr with my family and guests. Just very poorly operated and managed. The food was pretty good, but I don't know what else I could have done to get my order close to when I wanted it. Remember I ordered and payed 5 days in advance. It's a shame.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Long story short I ordered 150 wings for a Super Bowl party 5 days in advance to pickup at 4:30(I had to pay in advance which is fine). Well I get there at 4:25 to pickup and go check in and they say it'll be just a minute. Well after multiple Uber eats and door dash orders continue to roll in the entire time I waited(over 1 hour) they continue to fill those orders and not the multiple people that called in multiple days in advance. (Atleast 3-4 other people there waiting with me said they called in a couple days early too) I asked every 10 or so minutes where my order was. They kept saying "yours is up next" or "they're bagging it now" and still nothing. Finally at 5:35 I got my order. I had 25+ people waiting at my house for these wings. I wasn't there while everyone arrived, missed kickoff for the Super Bowl. I called the day after to try and speak with the manager, of course no one there was a manager so they took my name and number and said they'll call me back. Still haven't received that call. I won't go back. Obviously I knew they would be packed for the Super Bowl that's why I called in 5 days in advance. It's how they handled everything which is the big issue. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Went at lunchtime, restaurant was empty. Ordered chicken sandwich, drink and seasoned fries, took about 20 minutes and cost over $16. Food was good but overpriced and takes way too long to prepare especially since I was the one only customer except for one person that came in after I ordered.

I've been multiple times but I'm pretty much done. They are usually very slow and they often give bad time estimates (I.e "your order will be ready in 15-20 mins" but it takes about 45-50). Frequent attitudes to go along with it.

Service at this location is horrible. The cashier was on her cell phone discussing relationships the entire time and never gave me the extra ranch dressing which I was charged .80 per container for after already paying. I should have caught the red flags after calling and the original person who answered the phone stated that she "didn't have time for this" then sat the phone down only for another employee to pick it up and take my order in all of 2 mins. Management has to be the issue here. Wings are overpriced, and the experience was drastically underwhelming. If you want traditional Memphis hot wings and a meal that's not over priced, go elsewhere.

Along the lines of popular wing places in the city, Wing Guru falls into the category. From a dining standpoint, Wing Guru can be overwhelmingly overpriced for a meal for 1 and/or 2. And additional items like celery and carrots are an extra charge. I've noticed that every location has pretty steady traffic and there's usually an extended wait to receive your food. But, there's always the option to call in your order ahead of time. The one pro from the extended wait time is that the wings are always cooked fresh. Out of all the flavors, my go to flavor is the "Triple J." This flavor is a Honey gold based flavor topped with a house seasoning and a popular 901 seasoning. This flavor is a must try!

This place is absolutely horrible! I mean the staff on the floor, young, thoughtless and absolutely no freaking passion for the job they chose or the customers experience..

It was way to expensive. Complete rip off. Service was unfriendly. A complete disappointment.
