Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Chicken fingers are crunchy on the outside and moist in the center. Great variety of dipping sauces, honey mustard is my go to. I also suggest you download the app. Dining area is clean and everyone was welcoming. Fried cheddar bites were not very tasty, would not recommend.

I frequent this location at least once a week. Lately the ATTITUDE of the team is rude and lacking customer service skills. Today, my Chicken Taco Avocado BLT had one chicken strip! And the wait time was a long slow wait at the drive thru. Noting... interestingly it's not the cars in line...it's the staff. This is a regular long wait at this location, lately.
Please let's get back to the great service and friendly staff this location has had for years. This location was always a pleasure to eat at.

Ordered wings in the drive-through with a particular flavor and didn’t realize I was served the wrong flavor until getting home that night. Went back the next day and asked if they could make the order right and provide the correct wings and sauce and was told no because I did not call the store that night. Poor customer service from the store and its manager. Would not recommend this Zaxby’s location.

Although the greasy food and slick service may not be as desired, the addition of complimentary indoor skating was quite a thrill. Loved the special feature of yellow caution signs to provide fun strategically placed obstacles yet acknowledge the imminent danger for unsure amateur skaters. Senses were further awakened by the take your breath away effervescence of the restrooms. Truly an unforgettable experience!

Shrinkflation has hit Zaxbys. Their chicken strips are tiny. Their drink machine is often out of order. Huge pot hole at drive thru windows. Better options close by.

This place is cheating drive-thru timer. I tried this place today and they are telling customers not to pull up to drive-thru window until their order is ready. Food good but confused customers in line.

I have visited this Zaxby's for many years and the food and service have always been top notch. I will give the Atmosphere a 5 even though I only use the drive thru. Figure that should count also. The wife loves ordering the Big Zax Snak, not just because she likes the meal but she knows I have a hard time saying this tongue twister of a menu item.
