Worker’s are very rude, you have to wait at the speaker until the have finished helping the person ant the window, and you receive food and containers covered in grease. And then the food is just as expensive as going out to eat.

As usual, this location is usually a good place to eat. They keep it clean. The staff are usually nice and efficient.

This trip i ordered the new bacon, chicken, ranch quesadilla. It is a large quesadilla. Taste was great. Had too much ranch for me, but still was a great dinner.

Poor Customer Service and bad attitudes

There egg rolls are delicious, always fresh and hot!😋 In the passed I have tried there other foods also. I wish there wings wasn't so hard, but they have a varieties of wonderful flavor sauces.

This is my favorite zaxby’s im used to fresh food and great customer service but that is changing. In the past 4 days I’ve visited the same location twice. My first visit, the cook looked crazy when i asked for my chicken tenders to be replaced because they were very small even for zaxby’s. I immediately asked for a refund because i just dont play like that with my food ??‍♀️ especially when i cant SEE you preparing it. Today i got off work stopped again almost $12 for a big zax snax fried looked like they was holding on for dear life i didnt make a big deal but when i got to my car and bit a chicken tender that was barely warm i couldn’t take that. The cashier was very nice and replaced my food without an attitude which i appreciate. But this location is losing the juice

Our granddaughter wanted to eat at Zaxbys. She knew about it from youtube of all places. I will have to say this zaxbys by far had the best chicken tenders.
