Food is excellent!! Chicken strips and fries , what’s not to love ? It was slower so my order was made fresh and everything was perfect, hot and crispy !! The service was what you come to expect from most fast food places recently.. almost like I was bothering this young lady to take my order .. people suck , chicken rocks !! No more needs to be said

Went in to get the tacos, as displayed at the register and told they dont sell them very rudely. I told the moron there's a display on your register for it. Probably no more reasons to go back.

Ordered takeout and got home to find numerous strands of hair neatly placed on top of my food. Took it back to watch the cooks laugh in the kitchen along with the other employees. Older lady, who I assume was a manager, was apologetic. Spoke to the GM over the phone who couldn’t care less.

I ordered through the app and had to call the store because it said my order wouldn't be ready until 5 hours later. The tenders were overcooked. The chicken in the chicken sandwich was wafer-thin and burnt.

Would way rather drive out of my way to go here instead of Hacks Cross because at least the workers here have a concept of time and efficiency.
I think a robot AI machine would treat me nicer than these workers. No “hello”, “thank you”, “here’s your food”. Nowadays ordering food at a fast food restaurant is always a bad time, or maybe it’s just memphis and these people think that “I don’t get paid enough to be nice at work”…you ain’t gonna get paid at all once these machines take your jobs..and they say with every new tech revolution, there’s fears of job losses, but in truth the new tech turns around and creates new jobs….sadly that’s not the case this time, these new AI products are designed specifically to take over “**** people” jobs.
