The platter I ordered was placed on it in a way that shows they take pride in their work. Other places just slam it on. Presentation was spot on. I would absolutely recommend this location!! I frequently have the pleasure of dining at Hardee’s here in Colonial Heights, store 1501849, and I must say, the experience is always exceptional! The staff and management truly go above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. From the moment I pull up or walk in, I’m greeted with warm smiles and prompt service.
My favorite food from Hardee’s is their made from scratch biscuits, and I can attest to the fact that they are always fresh and prepared exactly to order. Whether it's 2 people/cars in line OR 30 people/cars in line, I can always count on my meal being delicious and accurate. It's clear that the team takes great pride in their work and ensures that every detail is perfect.
One of my favorite aspects of Hardee’s is the rewards program available through their app. Earning and redeeming rewards is seamless, and the perks are fantastic. It’s a great incentive to keep coming back!
Overall, Hardee’s continues to impress me with their outstanding customer service, quality food, and fantastic rewards program. I feel this store is an amazing asset to our community here in Colonial Heights. Highly recommended!

No kidding 1 of the cleanest restaurants in KPT. Every time I go in they always cleaning dining room and bathrooms always clean. Night shift crew are always good to us also. Might be a wait but food is always fresh. They short handed you can tell so other reviews need to give break. Only a couple people usually working on evening they keep the store clean and never been rude to me and my partner. Blonde girl with glasses that works breakfast and see her on lunch sometimes too on front very nice always laughing and smiling. She normally takes my order in morning she is very nice. I say same with other girl with glasses that works night with a fella in the back they always do good. Best Hardee's in town. Will keep returning. Chicken tenders and pork chop gravy biscuit are the bomb ????
