I paid $5.40 for extra Swiss Cheese and Mushroom Sauce on two mushroom Swiss burgers and received PLAIN burgers! Food was not hot. Chicken tenders were hard. The Diet Coke tasted like the machine had not been calibrated in 10 years! I will never go back to this location!
The breakfast crew and Stephanie are super polite and helpful. I always love coming here. Hats off to my afternoon chick that always makes my snack wraps extra delicious for me bc she knows sometimes it’s hard for me to eat. She is the kindest soul I’ve met in a while :)
Mary the manager on duty on 5/26/25 was the most cruel and rude person. She is totally against service animals and people with disabilities. she caused a huge seen about it all. our food was cold and we asked for it to be reheated she fingured our hot ham and cheese sandiches 3 of 6 we ordered. waded them up in her hands and proceeds to say yes these are zero degrees celius very cold. if you would not have brought your dog it could have been hot but i will get this fixed and remade. continures talking badly. so we asked to be refunded which we were. we left al upset and no food

Mary the manager had a huge attitude of anger.
It's was 714 pm. I had my service dog with me. I had him in his shoulder pouch that I carry him in when we go into restaurants or stores. Where he stays in and at my side everywhere. I took my 6 year old grandson by the hand and we sat down at the back table to await the others ordering all our food.
At that time there where only 2 other customers in the restaurant eating. Which they left within 5 minutes of us arriving.
There was commotion of words being exchanged up front while my family was ordering all our food.
Once they all came to the table. They explained that the lady upfront in the back was being very rude and hateful in regards to me bringing an animal in the restaurant and that this was not a place for animals. They explained he was a 7lb service dog for my seizures and medication alert. She did not care. She said she was calling the health board and police on us.
But we all sat awaiting our food.
While the entire time she kept staring us down and talking about us with an animal in the restaurant and how it was against codes.
Peggy brought us our food, apologized for the lady Mary being rude. As we were opening our food . All 6 of the hot ham and cheese sandwiches were still very cold, cheese was not melted at all and ham was refrigerator cold.
So we got all of them and took them up and said could you heat these up as they are cold. Mary opened our sandwiches and said it yes they are zero Celsius let me get right on that for you being very rude and then stated again if my dog was not in there that our food would have been made right and not dirty like a dog.
At that time I stated he is a service animal with his service harness and papers, he is not dirty nor is he even bothering anything in his pouch. She yelled and said things with her back to us going in the kitchen. Kept talking I asked her to turn around look me in the face like a woman and speak to me instead of running her trap about us. And to forget all the food and to refund our entire check. It got heated again with her not shutting her mouth. Continued harassing us over my service animal.
US Dept of Justice Civil Rights Act for Americans with Disabilities Act could truly enjoy chewing up her attitude and the harassment she showed us.
I would not ever treat any one this way. She should not be in the management area at all. This was humiliating, embarrassing, stressful and against all ADA codes . Yes, we got our money back., yes we left upset and still hungry. Very bad experience. But hey longhorn restaurant accepted us with no issues and so did cracker barrel all within just a few miles away.
I take him in everywhere I go. With NO issues til this manager

Lora is always absolutely amazing at the drive-through window. She is so friendly and super nice. She is always smiling and it brightens my day to see her. 🙂
Every time I come to Hardees everyone is very nice and you get through the drive thru quickly..On my visit today, I had Mary who was very courteous and very pleasant..She provided great customer service! Thank you Mary!
Outstanding Hardee's. Very friendly staff. Whoever runs this place has created a very functional customer service atmosphere.
Being asked to move forward just to save there drive through time so corporate doesn’t see how they’re doing is really bad

Ham and cheese is gross!! The ham is not good at all!!! The ranch chicken wrap was ok- just chicken was a bit grisly! The coke was even nasty! They need to have their soda machine serviced. Definitely not worth the money!
Always good! Always the right order and fresh, I won’t go to any other Hardee’s in the area, have had bad experiences at the ones in Johnson City.

Poor food in terms of quality and quantity.
The only thing about the super maple? Bacon biscuits was the price: $26 for two supers, two potato rounds and two gravy and biscuits! How do they slice bacon so thin? I’ll go to Perkins or Pals for that price!
We were passing through town and stopped to eat. There was an issue with our order and Sydney was so wonderful. She corrected the issue and refunded our money for the order. Thank You very much Sydney.
