Had to wait 10 minutes for a table but there were plenty of open booths and tables. Our waitress checked on us one time and did not bother to refill our drinks. Also, it was pretty noisy.

I just have to say that AppleBees have some wonderful meals there really no such thing as a wait time when it comes to them they will do everything they can to make sure u get seated at a reasonable time and the food never takes long to arrive once order and it’s always hot they have some very sweet and wonderful employees and if there is ever anything wrong they will take there time to make sure that’s it’s getting done right just for you I would definitely eat there again.

Been here several times & never had a bad experience until tonight.. we were a party of 5 which included 3 small children. After an hour of waiting we finally got seated in a booth that was available the whole time we waited. Put an appetizer in so the kids would be held over until we placed & got their meal. Shortly after we placed our dinner order, one of the meals included an item off the appetizer menu. We got that before we ever got the actual appetizer we placed right after we sat down so it got cold waiting for the food for our kids to come out. Then after getting everyone else’s meal we had to ask what about the appetizer we put in & she said she forgot about it. We told her don’t worry about it. She ended up bringing it anyways & said she couldn’t give it to us for free but at a discount. Just for us to have to get a to go container for it.. very disappointed
