It was such a good time to eat here with family the food the waitress and music were excellent I got the grilled cheese cheeseburger with tomato soup super delicious welp another 5 stars

Unfortunately our experience was poor. The host was at the bar chatting with the wait staff and had to be summoned by my wife after standing, I was actually looking up an alternative restaurant when he came over. The place is in poor condition. Our seats were all torn. My meal was like cold leftovers. Scallops were soggy. We will not be back.

Great night at Applebees in Columbia, TN! Our server Cerenity C was the best!

This was just a very mediocre experience on the Friday after Thanksgiving as we were in the Columbia area. The greeting, seating, and server taking our orders were all delayed. The service just did not seem to have a sense of urgency. When our food was brought to our table, it was just moderately (luke warm?) warm; obviously had been sitting awhile. The flavors were good, just not warm/hot enough to be better than “just acceptable.” The server never asked if we needed drink refills. She was busy and not slow. (Short staffed??)
Just mediocre all around.

Sharika was AMAZING! From start to finish, she provided exceptional service. She greeted me with a genuine smile, remembered every detail of my order, and made sure my meal was perfect. Even during the dinner rush, she remained calm, organized, and kind. It’s rare to find service this good—she deserves recognition. 100/10🤩

1 waitress complained about having to work late because they were busy but never saw her clear tables, which needed to be done. Our bartender was great and the food was very good.

Ordered the Oriental Grilled Chicken Salad curbside and was disappointed. The lettuce was warm, wilted, and barely filled the container, and they packed the hot chicken and bread in with the greens, making the whole salad soggy. Definitely not the quality I expect from Applebee’s.

Very disappointing experience
We had a really poor experience at this Applebee’s. Our server, Mario, didn’t check on us at all during our visit (not even once when we got our food.) we sat for about 10 minutes before we were “greeted” and were asked what we wanted to drink. He didn’t give us straws, we had to ask someone else. We literally had to ask our waiter if we could place our order, because we were just sitting there for 20 minutes. He never came back afterwards to check on us. Our drinks were empty half way through our meal and he never came over to offer to refill them or anything.
The food was just okay, (mozzarella sticks tasted like they were microwaved very floppy and gross) nothing special at all, but the lack of service made the whole experience even more disappointing. Definitely not what we expected from Applebee’s.
$45 for mediocre food and awful service, we will not be back.

was so disappointed. I had been looking forward to eating a steak all week long because I’m pregnant and have been craving it so bad. I didn’t have to wait too long for my food but when I got it, my steak and potatoes were both ice cold and the steak was cooked well done when I asked for a medium rare. I didn’t feel like complaining to my server since I’ve worked in the food industry and know how it is to have a crappy customer, and also didn’t feel like waiting another 45 minutes for it to be remade since I just got off work and hadn’t ate anything all day. So I just asked for it to go so I can at least heat it up and have a hot meal. but I was just so disappointed and literally just went to my car and cried. My husband’s burger and fries were also cold but he didn’t seem to care too much. It just really upset me that I payed almost $50 for a disappointment plus my pregnancy hormones just made it worse.
