Waited over an hour for our food because the cooks overlooked our order, and when it finally came out the fries were cold and stale and the “double crunch” shrimp was definitely not as pictured. The shrimp looked like it came from Long John Silvers. Must be why we waited an hour 😆. The waitress did continuously apologize, but no discounts were offered for the inconvenience and the manager just kept walking by looking but never said a word to us. We have been coming here for years, but this will definitely be our last. The portions keep getting smaller, the quality keeps getting worse, and the prices keep going up. To the waitress, it’s not your fault, we know. Terrible management is the problem!
Update: They did get in touch with us and made things right. We are very appreciative of that. They mentioned some changes coming, so once that happens we would like to give it a try. Thanks for the quick follow up to solve the problem.

Took a while for the waiter to appear. However she was very nice. Ordered an appetizer but didn't get it until the meal arrived. It seemed as though they were short staffed.

The food is always well prepared, and they always let me know if there is a delay. They seem short staffed but always do their best and I appreciate that. Always enjoyable!

Bathrooms were a bit gross and the entire restaurant smelled like old fish oil, but the waiter and food were great!

Had to wait 10 minutes for a table but there were plenty of open booths and tables. Our waitress checked on us one time and did not bother to refill our drinks. Also, it was pretty noisy.

We always have a great experience with staff and food! I usually sit with Gia but at times we don't get to and still have never been disappointed. We love Applebees! 🖤
