Went through the drive thru and the guy taking our order was very rude. We didn't even stay to order anymore. We left. Get your act together. I have worked in fast food and was never rude to my customers. If you don't like your job the find another one. That was uncalled for.

Very clean restaurant, staff clearly works hard daily. And of course the food was amazing. Arby’s is one of my favorite fast food sandwich restaurants and the staff at this location works hard to keep its customers happy.Parking: Going from the main road to Arby’s is a nightmare. If you want to order anything from this restaurant, the safest was to get there is by going through the Burger King parking lot to the Arby’s parking lot.

I just came through here and look I love the food I understand whole heartedly being understaffed I always try to be patient understanding and respectful I just spent over 50 dollars here on food came home realized that I was missing two double beef cheddar sandwiches they’re not cheap ! So a little annoyed as anybody would be I drive back to get my two sandwiches I was missing had my receipt the lady that helped me was very nice the younger guy making the sandwiches says loudly I don’t see how that’s possible but okay I’ll make them again and I seen him slamming the sandwiches around for one kid this food was for my son who’s 12 so I pray for you didn’t do anything foul for two why would I spend over 50 dollars come back with a bag full of cold fry’s and food nothing touched with a receipt but it’s not possible!? I don’t feel like well why is it that I’m spending money here and being treated as a burden I usually cook at home but me and my son love to have Arby’s here and there it’s sad how customer service is now again I understand people are understaffed and dealing with alot but they were not busy I had no reason to lie now I’m sitting in my car with cold food wasn’t offered fresh fries now sitting here upset not even hungry anymore and have to heat up my sons food because of what ? Because people simply do not care anymore like I said I get it and I respect everyone but it seems you just don’t get the respect back I’ll. Probably never go back that was extremely upsetting the kid making the food at this location with long dark hair and chains all on his neck with earbuds in shouldn’t be working there if he can’t see that he makes mistakes don’t make a mistake and blame someone else please do better people are working hard and spending money this isn’t fair now I have cold food and I’m not even hungry smh

In general very nice place place & people @ windows always very pleasant.. Only giving 3 because removed 1 size of shakes.. ( shrunk them) & raised prices

Went tonight got a wagyu burger meal I got #1. Got our order guy at the window didn't ring the wagyu up as a meal so he got an attitude and ran got a drink and fry and said "you got this free "I said I can pay I don't want anything free. He shewed me off with his hand. Got home my wife's burger is raw pretty much she likes hers well done. Be different if they ask ,but they don't you expect it to be done. So now she didn't get to have this for dinner fed up with this place they can't seem to get it together why???

I stopped on my way home, around 11:00. The employee was so extremely rude I am still speechless! It however did not just end there but he also proceeded to try and blame me for his bad night to the car in front of me I have never been treated as rudely as I was there! I mean we all have bad days at work and sometimes you have more on your plate than what you feel like you can handle I get it and I never even made it an issue I was waiting patiently, NO need for it! FOOD WAS GREAT JUST DON'T GO LATE AT NIGHT ESPECIALLY IF THERE'S ONLY ONE WORKER
