Great ice cream, as always. But the place is filthy. Tables, floors, seats have food all over them. Had to clean my seat to sit down. Tables melted ice cream on them. Three young men behind the counter talking to one another, no attempt to do anything between customers. Metal chairs in the place are all warped, bad as rocking chairs. Doors squeak and won’t close. Rather than fix the doors so they shut, owner penciled a sign for the door “please keep door closed”. Should have taken pictures. Not sure how this place makes it on board of health inspections.

I ordered my wife's 40th birthday cake from this store. I go and pick it up which is about an hour and 15 minutes away from my property I live in a rural Tennessee area. I get everything prepared to take ice cream and cake an hour away I get to the store and my order was not prepared the order ticket was not printed from online. The girl behind the counter I did not catch your name but she had blonde hair was so nice and tried to be very helpful and locating my cake unfortunately like I said it wasn't there or prepared. So she calls her manager which I believe is her mom and she talked to her manager and came up with a viable solution which kind of made up for the mistake. the way the manager and the employee / daughter handle the situation was great they were very caring about it and just wanted to help out and they did and even though it wasn't to cake my wife wanted we still got to have a cake and celebrate her birthday and just want to thank the manager and her daughter / employee for helping out and making a bad situation a good one. ...by the way the cake did not melt in 98 degrees outside with not ac lol.

These guys were the best. I literally have not consumed ice cream cake since I was a kid and found myself needing one on short notice for my roommate and best good friend’s birthday. They not only had a really good selection that was reasonably priced, they joyfully acquiesced in spelling “Happee Burfday!” in the most elegant serif style calligraphy. The cake was sinfully delightful, we definitely all shared an Anton Ego moment. Imma be back up there asking for more deliciously mispelled burfday cake.

My husband and family come to BR nearly every Sunday evening and are usually treated with smiling faces and lively staff who are happy to be alive, but tonight, March 16 @ 6:30 pm we were greeted by the most unhappiest young man ever! I don't think he could have been any more disinterested, unmotivated, slothful, or morose to be at work! We thought it was just us as the store was quiet when we arrived but several families arrived as we were there, but his demeanor never changed, not one smile graced his face the entire 30 mins we were there. The young woman, tho, she was busting her a$$ and smiling the whole time. Hope he is on a different shift next time, or we will go elsewhere.

There website says they open at 11 but we got there and tried going in and they tell us that they don’t open till 12 so we came all way out here and now we have to wait so they either lied to us or they need to change there hrs on the website and this is in Columbia,tn and this is not the first time we be lied to we have called up before and asked them something and they tell us no then we stop by anyway an they had exactly what we asked for but they told us no

Coolers out of order tonight but still had our favorite Oreo and Reese's ice creams. Great service overall but this location could definitely use some upgrades.
Sorry I couldn’t give more stars but when y’all just open and there’s a 2 inch long roach in the floor at the register , I just can’t give more than one star. The lady was nice even though she had trouble using my gift card.

On 1-8-24 went in to get ice cream, spent $13 on ice cream and ended up throwing it out. Saw two roaches before I even checked out. I understand most places have bugs but to see two in the dinning area gross.
