On 1-8-24 went in to get ice cream, spent $13 on ice cream and ended up throwing it out. Saw two roaches before I even checked out. I understand most places have bugs but to see two in the dinning area gross.

Ordered a cake 2 days in advance. Placed my order had it if read back to me. Went to get my cake and it was completely wrong. Sales associate called to manager who continues to go on about how her baker did not read all the ticket and made what she assumed was requested based on the initial line and there was nothing could be done to fix it. Needless to say I needed a cake for the following day and was told I'd just have to settle for the one they decided to make and was changed full price for a cake that did not match their own started design

Ice cream is very high for the serving size you get. I don't come here but I was with someone that wanted ice cream from here. I used to only get ice cream here but stopped cause of the cost. I don't even get my birthday ice cream cones they used to send me every year. They must have stopped that also cause I've sent in my info and haven't gotten any reply back.

Have loved this place forever but just experienced very unfriendly customer service. I know working at an ice cream shop is hard work but a “hello”, “how are you”, “have a nice day” or even a smile wouldn’t be impossibleFlavors and quality still up to par, just don’t go in expecting happiness, hostility instead.

Just went in there today, we waited for a couple mins the lady asked to take our order and proceeded to scoop out our order, we are handed our ice cream and told that the card machine is not working. So just for future reference to anyone ask if the card machine is working if you don’t have cash!!!
