My waitress was truly amazing. However I a paid for 12 oz steak and got 12 oz of fat. Like giant chunks throughout the steak and then a thin layer across the bottom. The manager came over after my waitress told her I wasn’t happy with the food (which I didn’t ask her too) and then completed blew it off “so the everything is fine other than a bit of fat”. I struggle with cow meat in general and it wasn’t like this a year ago so I was so excited to be able to eat and enjoy a steak just to be severely disappointed.

Ordered a 16 ounce rib eye. Ordered a 12 oz. Medium. Both came well done. We ordered both medium.Ordered a side of mushrooms.Meal with a tip costs 100.00.When steaks came they were both the exact same size. I asked the waitress there is no difference in size.The reply was one was thicker than the other. It was not.Steak was over cooked dry.I did not complain of this fact the steak was over cooked. Due to the first fact was not rectified. Management should have came to the table.I really regretted coming to this restaurant based on the web-sight saying the best steak in town, restaurant has been open for 30 pluss years.Best steak for 16 years.Very sad that no one from management even cared.Sorry to tell the truth.Words used in web sights need to be true statements we need to be able to believe. The clock needs to know what he is responsible for.We elected a lier as president and this is why everything is so expensive.So when you charge a customer for a larger steak let’s give the customer what they are paying for?The 12 oz steak was a much better cut of meat also.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a family that had a wheel chair.

The food was excellent..our server was excellent. My only complaint is we were told we could not sit by the window..i understand you reserve those tables for larger parties however every single window table was empty. I said as much and was told it didnt matter. Thats horrible customer service that lady was very rude, i don't care how good the food is i wont ne coming back. By the way all of the window tables-every single one were still empty when we left. No one was ever seated at any of them. I wouldn't have thought a thing of it had the place been busy but there were literally 6 people there and we were the only ones who asked to sit there. Killed it for me. I was going to leave but my wife convinced me to stay. Food and server gets you three stars and a promise ill never be back.

We had been here so many times and have taken family when they come to town. But this last time we decided it was our last trip. The steaks was cooked right. But full of fat and gristle and was not Hot and the taste had changed so much the Okra was under cooked we did not finish our meals. We sent one glass of Tea back it tasted like dish water. My husband said paid alot for a quality steak and that is definitely not what we paid for. The young girl that waited on us was one of the best. Now there was another girl who stood and talked to a couple young girls and was loud and using language that should not have been used in front of others. The drama talk should have waited til they were outside. I hate that the quality of food has changed . This was one of my favorite places to eat. Heartbroken thar we won't be back. I'm hoping someone was just having a bad day and that was the reason for the bad food.

My wife and I ate a early dinner on Saturday afternoon around. 4:30. They were not very busy and we got a great table in the back over looking the river. We eat here often and are never disappointed with the food and service. Our server was Daniel,he was very pleasant and professional. Great location and atmosphere,would highly recommend Betty's.

Got my husband's order wrong but were quick to fix. Burger was good after I added salt. Menu said, marinated, but I couldn't taste any. Used canned mushrooms on the patty melt so I took most of them off. We will try the steaks next time as that is what they are known for. Great Duck River view.
