Whenever possible, I go inside to order my food. This time, the stench was unbearable!? In the short few minutes I was in there, the smell permeated my clothes and hair, not unlike being in a room of stale cigarette smoke!?Whatever "new management" they have evidently doesn't monitor cleanliness. When I was there a few weeks ago, the place looked and smelled great. Not this time. "Eau de locker room" is not appealing!(I'll try back in a few weeks but, if it's not greatly improved, I won't return... even though I really like their food. ?)

They don't have any food. Stopped by there Tuesday no chicken, no salads no chicken and biscuits. Might as well close this store. There are never any cars there now I know why☹️

Now this is a place I can go and get my chicken tenders the way I like them the full meal, never been disappointed ever since I have been eating there. The slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, emmm and the best iced tea makes my mouth water now. Now that is some good food when you can keep going back and never be disappointed about anything you order. That's why this business gets my five star rating.

It's OK the screen for the menu wasn't on/working so I had to figure it out with reminders of what they offered. Lucky for me its just a chicken fast food spot.

Food was correct just not very fresh, they seemed to be short staffed. Usually good but not great.

Could be better. I like bojangles and usually visit the location in Spring Hill and it's amazing every time. I've been here a few times in Columbia and it's nowhere as good. The crew is very unfriendly and inconsistent on what you can and can't order.EDIT: Stopped coming here because it was so bad. They were always out of stuff like chicken and sweet tea...like come on? If you drive around the building to get in drive thru, you can always see the employees sitting in the lobby playing on their phone. They stare at you and get up and annoyed that they have customers. Well I saw the Under new management sign and gave them 2 chances recently and they were sitting there again and I said no thanks I won't bother you having to sell me cold food you have made up for hours. Hopefully new management" reads this and does something.

The last 4 times I have been there, I have been told they are out of wings : twice they were out of cold slaw. If I order two wing dinners, I’m always told I either can only have one or I must wait at least 20 minutes for the second one. Something is not right.

Ordered 2 sausage egg cheese biscuits on really light brown biscuits... what I got was an it don't make me a difference Attitude which I ignored from the young black man, but what really counted in life was my food dark brown biscuits, brown over cooked eggs, and dried out sausage... left the worthless food in their dirty parking lot

The manager was very ugly to me. Just walked over to the other end of counter to see if any one was back there to wait on us. There was no need for her to act that way. I didn't even open my mouth. She just went off on me.

Lately staff is just impolite, really bad service, food is good but they treat really bad specially when you ask them what they really have (options to choose), because several times they just don’t have the food you ask for.I really like the food but REALLY BAD SERVICE.

Ordered a 12 piece family meal waited to 32 minutes.... was told initially a 25 minute wait. Only one car ahead of me. Also had to go back incomplete order. I'll never go back

Placed order online, picked it up, got home…completely wrong order, called to ask about exchanging, I was super polite, the young man that answered was completely ugly and would not even let me talk without interrupting me, I know employees are spread thin right now, but that’s no excuse to be completely mean and rude to someone who is just asking about their order they placed. Not going back again.?
