The food and the place is great but the staff could be a lot more respectful I have been there dozens of times and I have said thank you and used my manners to never get even a response just absolute bare minimum but they do their job

Well they did it again. They made a change, probably to cut costs, which, IMHO, was a disappointment. I'm one of the people who enjoys dipping their fries into mayonnaise not ketchup. Just like they did years ago with their fries, they changed, at least the packets, the brand of mayo that they hand out. Can't recall what the previous brand was, but this new brand, Heinz, is not good. It's just too sweet for the fries.

We stopped in for breakfast on our way to doctor appointment. There were No other customers inside. We waited several minutes to be waited on. And even then, we didn’t feel that they were happy to have us come in.
