Didn’t receive items I ordered. Food was cold absolutely disgusting. Buns were hard. Wasn’t even busy to make items fresh to order like I had asked for. If you want your food good go to Trotwood BK. This one is gross.

I am not exaggerating when I say, I went to this restaurant for a pickup and the lights were on, doors were open, and no one was there except someone barely visible in the back texting on their phone. No one would respond to any verbalization such as “hello, anyone here?” That person in the back would not respond either. No one else was visualized. A real life example of lights are on but noones home. Absolutely bizarre experience… a little too spooky for the Halloween season frankly 🎃

Store was dirty. Staff was rude when they got my order wrong. Went through the drive through. My order was incorrect and my fries were undercooked, cold and soggy. It took so long to remake my order, I got a refund. Most sit down restaurants are faster than this place

Stood in the lobby for 10 mins waiting for someone to attend us. The works were in the back talking not doing anything and they had people in the drive through. Also bathroom had roaches and black mold ??

I normally don't leave bad reviews but this Burger King I stopped at to get lunch and I had to use the restroom the restroom smells absolutely horrible I have been in porta potties that smell better than that I went in to use the restroom and I almost lost my appetite with how bad it smelled management should really pay attention to that because there's absolutely no reason for it to smell that bad whatsoever especially not in a restaurant.
