Pulled up to the drive through, 2 cars ahead. Person took the order of the first car, 10 minutes pass before I heard them take the order of the second car. I pull up, 10 minutes pass before person greets me with give me one more second. 5 minutes later I finally order and sit for 10 more minutes behind the first 2. Pulled out of line and went to McDonald's across the street, in and out of the drive through in 3 minutes. This burger king flat out sucks.

11/20/25 1:50pm lazy day staff. Sit at the menu waiting to order and nobody says anything. Pull up to the window and nobody is to be found. Finally someone appears and just walks around and ignores us for a few minutes so we across the street for food and didn’t have an issue.
My burger and fries were hot and the girl taking my order was very friendly!

Pulled up at the drive thru to get lunch and the lady named Kendall was very rude rushed us on the microphone and was not customer friendly at all. If u don't like your job then don't work there. Simple as that. No need to be rude to customers when we paying 25 dollars for two burgers and two fries.

We literally just left this location. Super busy, but employees were also really friendly. An employee named Becca waited on us. Very attentive to needs of her customers and when it slowed down she was out cleaning tables. Travel through here quite a bit and will stop by again!

They actually got our order correct. I had several special requests to include no bun and no ketchup on another burger. Not only did they fix everything correctly but it was hot and fresh.
