Tried going inside to eat and the building was locked at 10 in the morning. No signs indicating the dining area was closed and two cars in the parking lot. Went I went to drive away the only employee I saw was seated next to the take out window playing on their phone. I truly don’t understand how places expect to get business this way.

I love BK. If food cooked to order beats out McD's. This one under staffed. Needs more employees. Spoke w manager about promoting new items on menu because cant be seen outside building. Needs a flag flown outside. Needs things to grab attention. Hoping mgr spoke w corporate on this.
Years ago, whoppers were my favorite fast food burger. It's been many years since I've had a good one, but I still keep hoping. After a long weekend traveling and in airports, vowing to start eating healthy again 'tomorrow ', I decided to give Burger King one more try. The Columbia, TN location did not disappoint. The fellow that greeted me and took my order at the drive-thru was friendly, spoke clearly, and successfully provided a delicious Number 1 with cheese and no onions. Very happy customer here!
