-5 stars would be too good. The place is filthy. The floors look and feel like they haven’t been mopped in a month. Everywhere you look is just grimy and nasty, including the employees. Service was awful, no lemon for the tea. The food was completely inedible. The manager’s excuse was that everyone was new. They did refund our money. Stay away from this place!!

Ordered two of the flounder plates, extra piece of battered fish ala cart, oysters and stuffed crab came out to like 34 dollars and change. Food was unedible Try calling back nobody answer the phone. I want my money back or my food replace. This is ridiculous. $35 to have the food burnt up like this. Oh my god, some greasy food acceptable. And she did not give no recipe will keep calling

I ordered hand battered catfish (3 pcs) wrongly assuming it would be cooked at that time. It was cold and hard as were the hush puppies. This was a first for me, I've been eating here and loving it for forty years.

I have visited this location since the building was built. Almost always had good food and good service. But since covid, it has been fairly bad. Visited today and food was awful. Ordered fish shrimp and lobster bites meal. got fried okra instead of slaw. The slaw has made me sick more than once so I got fried okra. Everything was just barely warm. Okra was cold limp and easy. Everything had been previously cooked. Asked for more okra and it was the same. I love yalls hush puppies but not cold. fries tasted old and cold. Thinking about not Returning which is sad.

I usually get good service and food at this location but not this time. It appeared that there were only 2 people working today, the manager and the cook. Drive through was backed up about 6 cars deep, and it took a quite a while for our order to get taken at the counter since the manager was also taking care of the drive through. Once our food arrived, you could tell it had been sitting under the warming lights for a while. The fish was very dry, and the thinner pieces were hard. I’ve never had this issue at Captain D’s. Maybe if they hired more people, they wouldn’t have this issue. Not sure if I’ll go back to this location.

Food was terrible , chicken was nothing like the chicken on the signs , no breading. Only got 11 french fries , hush puppies had no taste, place is in need of some work, ceiling tiles all stained from roof leaks , last time eating here

Our 4 fish sandwiches the 5.99$ ones and all 4 was slimy and not cooked well. The first 4 times they was fresh and the best but the last time last week they was mushy and not done. We would like a replacement because we was hoping this was a bad day because our others we got at least 4 times was excellent.
