When me and my wife walked in it stunk so bad of weed. Then I go into the bathroom and it’s ice cold smells like sewage & so dirty. By far the absolute worst captain Ds we’ve ever been to. Do not recommend this place, wouldn’t recommend it to my dog.

The food is classic Captain D’s as it’s been for the last 40+ years. Very nostalgic and reminds me of family. The service seems to be a little scattered and is the direct result of being understaffed. I’ve always gotten my correct order, but it takes a little time and you may hear some bickering between the front counter and the kitchen while you wait.

The person taking orders asking me to repeat my order twice and got it wrong even though I repeated it. When I got to the drive thru I found out why, they had an earbud in and were on a call while on shift. I understand emergencies and all but this was clearly not the case. I also spent nearly 15 minutes idling waiting and my fries were cold and hard, the fish was ok... but come on.
IZZY AND NAVAYA ARE THE ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT CHOOSING CAPTAIN DS FOR DINNER. THE COOKS ARE AWFUL AND ARE THE MAIN reason the lines are so long. It will be by request if I ever return to this location.

We ate here. We didn’t even eat the food. We threw it in the trash. It taste so bad. Didn’t even taste like food. I don’t even know what it was. I didn’t even ask for a refund and we left. I wouldn’t recommend eating there.

Do not even waste your time and money. Cock roaches by the drink machine and condiments completely messed up our order food was cold as ice!!!! Lady came in her pajamas in the kitchen hollering come on let’s go to someone in the back they also informed me there grill is broken. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. TRASH! Just stay home and eat your ramen noodles. I should have took photos because I would sure post them if I did y’all need the health department and Jesus

Stopped in yesterday which was Friday evening. I was the only one in the restaurant ordering. I ordered a 2 piece fish and fries it took right at 15 minutes to get my order because there was no fish cooked. But they were putting orders out the window for the driver through . And when I got it the fish wasn't completely done. I hadn't been sitting down but 2 to 3 mins. And this other couple came and sit down waiting on their food. I'm a slow eater I had finished eating and they were still waiting on their food and were getting very irritated waiting. They need to do better.
