Chipotle Mexican Grill

I opt for a vegan burrito bowl every time and this place always delivers large portions, fresh produce, yummy food and friendly, efficient service! The only improvements I’d ask is for the outdoor tables to be cleaned regularly and for there to be a trash receptacle outside. Great work!

After reading a lot of negative reviews for this location, I had avoided going here for a long time. A few days ago a friend and I stopped in for a to go order and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent. Each employee that I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I had a chicken burrito bowl and everything was fresh and delicious. I see so many videos online where people are criticizing Chipotle for giving small portions. What I received was the complete opposite of that. It was so full that I ate off of it twice and ended up throwing away enough for probably 1 to 2 more servings. I was very pleased with my experience here and will definitely go back. I hate that I let the negative reviews keep me away for so long. I would recommend giving it a try.

We have been to other locations and food was good. Unfortunately the steak rice and beans taste funny and the pico and tomitillo sauces too hot for us to eat. Really sad food

The best staff we’ve met at any Chipotle. The manager is the sweetest and deserves a RAISE. She’s always so kind and remembers us every time. Please go here and treat the staff well. They’re rockstars.

i’m a lover of chipotle, this one especially, i come more than twice a month but recently from my last vist and my lastest vist (7/12/24 ) first, the veggies have been tasting so rotten lately. you can’t heat it up the next day, and the fajita veggies are never cooked all the way. the main issue is there’s a new line cook with the absolute WORST attitude. i tried to talk to her and smiled at her and she looked at me like i was a inconvenience or a bother. especially when i come so often and spend so much. chipotle is going completely down hill.

What a sad thing for Columbia to get a Chipotle and have the people running it ruin the experience and name. This was my second time going ( the first sucked too ) . I wanted to give them another chance. They line assembler looked at me like I was bothering her if I asked a question. My bowl was put together like pig slop and was not very tasty. The young blonde girl at cashier was nice but the rest of the crew is just creepy.
Corporate better get down there and straighten things out ASAP.

The manager Andrea is extremely rude. Like shockingly rude and you can tell that she is especially rude to white people. When you spend $20 on lunch somewhere you shouldn’t be treated like you’re ruining their day by checking out. Every time I go in and she’s working I make it a point to be especially nice to her because you never know what someone is going through but today I had a very bad experience with her and whoever owns this chipotle needs to know how their customers are being treated. Her behavior needs to be addressed.

The food was terrible. Rice that wasn't cooked and extremely hard. Brown guacamole and lettuce. Ask for sour cream and it took up more than half the bowl. Ordered steak and got 3 pieces, the steak I got was so overcooked it could not be eaten. Terrible and will not go back there ever. I would recommend nobody go.
