We ordered through the app and two of us used our ‘welcome free guac’ coupon but when we arrived to pickup the food we didn’t receive the guac. We brought this up to them manager in the chipotle lane and was told “we can’t do anything about it because we don’t know how to work the app” and the other worker closed the window on us and said “have a lovely day” with a clear attitude. So we went inside to address the issue because now the free coupon is no longer visible on the app for us because it says we “used” it but received no product. Manager was very rude and kept saying she wasn’t familiar with the app. I know the managers name from context clues however she was not wearing a name tag and none of the workers were wearing hair nets. Called corporate to leave a complaint as nothing was resolved.

The horrid POS manager of this POS location, decided to inform my disabled wife that she was refusing to help her, because we parked in the front of the store to just pick up an order. She also told her employees not help her. All of the handicap parking spots we're full. No it was not a fire line. No it was not an emergency exit. No I was not blocking the ramp. No I was not blocking the flow of traffic. She absolutely refused service for a simple pickup order for someone who was disabled and could not walk across the entire parking lot. I hope you have the day you deserve. It's no wonder your store has such poor ratings, you have such poor management. Do better Chipotle.

Pretty decent place. Tastes fresh and very filling. Had 2 meals out of 1 burrito. The watermelon limeade wasn't good, weird gross flavor but everything else was good. The hot salsa was decently spicy and guacamole was good and fresh.

Garbage worst location there is do not eat here it's unsanitary and terrible customer service!!! Staff is rude and uneducated wouldn't recommend eating here with conditions as they currently are! I've ate at Chipotle over 20 years worst experience I've ever been a part of ownership should really examine this location definitely will make you sick!! Only order if you enjoy either vomiting or diarrhea!!!CAUTION!!!!

If you dont get what you paid for; DISPUTE THE CHARGE. Make them deal with the credit card companies. Eventually, they will REMOVE the offending GM here! They dont like to lose money. Take it to their wallets.

It's Chipotle, so it's delicious, but one particular employee has apparently taken it upon herself to ruin this restaurant's reputation. She refused to identify herself but I believe she was the shift manager. I've rarely seen an employee so ill-fitted for her position.

Edit: this is the burrito I received when I went in while the Wicked Witch wasn't working, at least not physically present. I've eaten at least 2000 Chipotle burritos in the past 20 years and this was the biggest I've ever seen and she wrapped it with a single tortilla. Fire this person and I will edit my score to 5/5.

Was picking up a doordash. Stood out of the way and was ignored. Pickup at 1203 but the food was in my hands at 1211. Late pickup means late delivery which affects my ratings. 3 other doordashers came in after me and left before me. Saw numerous cases of people playing with hair, face, wiping butts with zero hand washing. Glad I don't eat here
