The manager likes to scream at people when you ask for an extra sauce and even offer to pay for it. She will also throw it at you and scream as you’re walking out that you didn’t pay which is not smart considering we have receipts. Multiple people saying they won’t even go there because of her.
This is not the first time we’ve seen this from her either.

The staff at this location are consistently rude. Second time here when there has been an issue. This time I was charged for queso, I didn't get queso. My husband brought the receipt back in and they said they couldn't give him the money back. They would have to refund the entire order $32 and charge it again. Yeah, no. So he said can you give me a side of guac or something to make up for the extra charge $1.70, something to make it easier. The employee snapped back with, I can't give you that, that's $5. My husband said, it's $5 for a side?? She said it's $2.25. We could have paid the difference. It's not even about the money, it's the fact that they were in the wrong and wouldn't fix it. No, we don't want to be charged another $32. Called corporate because you can't call any of the stores directly. Who knows where you're actually calling?? Corporate solution was to send us a credit for free queso! We didn't order queso or want queso. So they are refunding our money in 3 to 5 business days. I'll drive to Spring Hill before ever returning to the Columbia location again. Rude, unprofessional behavior! Nothing like walking into a restaurant and being given a dirty look. Unbelievable

I ordered the carne asada bowl but then was charged separately for everything that was in it besides the meat and rice which was a bit expensive secondly it was just too high paced You weren't given time to even think about what you were trying to order it was very rushed also the food did not stay warm very long so that only told me that it wasn't really warm to begin with

TAKE THE AI ANSWERING MACHINE OFF. WHO IN GODS EVER THOUGHT THAT WAS A GOOD IDEA. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Could not get in contact with ANYONE in the store. Absolutely pathetic design.

Staff was friendly, food was mostly well prepared & fresh, & the lobby was clean & inviting. I'm only deducting marks for 2 reasons, For some reason Chipotle's online ordering interface was malfunctioning, so I had to enter to order, & the tortilla chips were way way too salty.
