This was by far the worst Chipotle I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot of them. The barbacoa wasn’t cooked long enough and I was given 2 large chunks that I had to pull apart myself. If barbacoa is cooked correctly, it pulls apart easily. I had to use my hands to pull it apart because my fork wasn’t getting the job done. There was also large chunks of fat. I informed the employees who just said “Sorry” and then looked in the barbacoa pan on the heating table. Their chips also had a faint burnt taste and bits of burnt something all over them. I won’t be back.

This black girl that serviced me today was so horrible and arrogant. I THINK her name is Adaje… idk why she had attitude like she is paying for my food!!! She is extremely rude and needs to be fired honestly.

I had the best experience here multiple times not bc of the food but bc of the employee who always seems to be working at the time I come in, I hate that I'll probably spell her name wrong but I believe her names Adajae, she very friendly and remembers my order so I don't even have to say anything when I walk up. Great chipotle to eat bc I've ate at some in other near by towns and they suck

This place was Fire. Awesome fresh tasting food. I got a huge bowl of food because I asked for extra rice and beans. So a great value for 12 bucks. I will be eating this for 2 meals. Shout out to Emma and Dreyah for making me a great lunch. Thank you

Haven't had chipotle in at least 10 years. Ate it at this location since I live up the road. Remembered why I don't eat chipotle. Food is over priced and bland. Service is slow. Just another chain restaurant we don't need.

Personally I’ve never had a bad experience here. Pickup is always ready exactly when it’s supposed to be and the quality is standard Chipotle. I’ve eaten here quite a bit over the last several months and only once was an item I ordered not put in the bag but the situation was quickly and painlessly taken care

I went in to buy some larger helpings of some items for a meal and the manager on duty had no interest in selling anything. She walked away from me while I was talking to her. I guess the company already has enough money and she neglected to tell her superiors that she wasn't interested in selling product.

SKIP this location in COLUMBIA, TN at all costs! Employees, managers ( certain ones ) are extremely rude!!! I was retaliated against by management because I called corporate on them for the awful service. One of the employees indirectly cursed me out during lunch hour because I asked for 3 sides of medium sauce. “It’s Beat a bit*h as* today.” (The employee words) Management allowed this! On a different occasion, I asked for the 3 sides of medium from the fridge because the medium on the line was not fresh. The girl that works the To Go window & that manages got upset & asked why do I have to get it from the fridge & I’m the one that called Corporate. So that showed me where the bad service was coming from. After sitting outside with my food, 3 COPS walks up to me & proceeded to tell me I was BANNED! For what???? Keep in mind, this was allowed! RETALIATION!!!!! Corporate said they are still investigating. This was in October…You do the math. BEWARE!??????????????

Super nice and friendly behind the counter here in Columbia, way better than the Spring Hill location. Food was fresh, Barbocoa was tasty and seasoned perfectly for my bowl and the restaurant was clean. Thanks for an excellent dinner time on the run with the fam! :) One of the few spots open till 10pm
