The menu needs to go back to the old one. Food is good, but not as good as it used to be. Service was great.

Food & Service both ughh it was a Saturday over all pretty good

The biscuits were too hard to eat but that seems to be an issue at many of their stores. But the service and atmosphere were fine.

The pancakes wasn't like I was use to in stlouis they didn't have the crispy edges and they didn't taste like buttermilk, everything else was very good

Ive been going out to many places and every now and then somebody grabs my attention that is exceptional in service and attitude. This goes out to Tina Harbo who is one of the people you check out with. She without a doubt is one of the kindest sweet souls Ive ever met. Her patience, her smile and her ability to show everyone respect and love is not seen to much these days. I wanted to give credit where credit is do and she deserves it. Cracker Barrel has themselves a diamond in the rough with Tina working there. She deserves to be in a way better position if I owned the place. She is what leaders are made of. Thank you so much for making this trip a pleasant and joyful experience. Food was great and the service was amazing. I will be back for sure and tell all my friends
