We didn't eat there this visit. But we love the old fashion country cooking.
This day we shopped. My sister and I love shopping at Cracker Barrel, especially the sales.

Very nice place to eat. Great country cooking. And nice country atmosphere. Very friendly staff.

Absolutely the best Cracker Barrel I’ve been to in a long time. The food was excellent—some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in years. Service was great, and everything came out hot and fresh. It honestly reminded me of how Cracker Barrel used to be. Not sure what’s going on at some of the other locations, but this one is spot-on. Five stars all the way. Thank you, guys. Bring back pot pies 🥧

It was slow for seated right away. Took our server so long to greet us that we were ready to order when she came to get our drink orders. She was very friendly but scarce. It took over an hour for our food to come but it was hot and accurate . The Hash brown shepards pie and Smoke house grilled chicken were delicious. Pass on the house salad it was bitter and nasty. It's was so slow at one point about 7 employees were standing in a huddle near the kitchen.

The well known biscuits were disappointing, not risen well, not fluffy, somewhat old. I had a grilled chicken salad, the chicken had some tough spots and seemed old. The rest of the salad was nondescript, bland, not special in any way. My wife had chicken tenders, again not very quality chicken. Her mashed potatoes were ok but no chicken gravy. She had carrots which were way over boiled, almost falling apart and flavorless, soggy. The young man waiting on us did fine bit the needed cracker barrel reset was no evident anywhere. They truly need to fix their food.

The atmosphere was just like any other Cracker Barrel, service was fine. But the food on the other hand.. was blah. I got the breakfast sampler. French toast had a very nasty taste to it, fried eggs were cold, ham the same way. The only good thing on my plate were the hash browns & fried applesThey were hot & fresh. Even the biscuits brought to table as we sat down we had to remove the bottoms. My husband had the hamburger steak said it was fine no seasoning. This is definitely not the normal we experience ay most Cracker Barrel’s.

How can you go wrong. The food is always fresh and flavorful and the service is friendly and inviting. Glad to see they are keeping things the same.

The menu needs to go back to the old one. Food is good, but not as good as it used to be. Service was great.

The Columbia/Bear creek pike location has redeemed Cracker Barrel. After two times in row at the Spring Hill location with poor service and food I had about marked them off. But my visit to this location made up for it tremendously!
