Didn't eat, went in for Easter Candy! The sales woman was fabulous. She saw me struggling and came right over to help me. Love this Cracker

Chicken and dumplings were watery and tasteless. My husband got the meatloaf and said it was fantastic.

1st time in years the food was bad. chicken rubbery and coating hard. It was 30 late on my to go order and not crowded in dining room. It is usually right on time with pickup time given, and always good. I was surprised at this order being a flop...

We are up here on vacation from Florida, and we eat at Cracker Barrel a lot they have something called Louisiana shrimp, which is normally very good. it is a nice grilled shrimp in a nice sauce over rice. They brought my meal to me without the rice they just put the shrimp in the sauce. The waitress didn't notice it and I don't know why the cook didn't catch it, and I ate it. I couldn't remember for sure after she took the menu if it had rice, but I was fairly certain it did, but this was only my second time having this. So when I got to the register, I asked to see the menu, and sure enough, it was supposed to have rice, so the girl at the register said she would call the manager. The manager never answered, and the cashier went to find the manager. I was not expecting anything other than just maybe an apology, and we will do better next time. However, what was very disappointing is the fact that the manager didn't even show up to the front to speak to me or show up when the cashier at the register called, after sometime the cashier came back to the register and said well the manager says we can just take off the drink. Well let me make sure you understand I did not ask them to take off anything and I had every intention of paying for the meal however I just thought it was extremely rude for the manager who is supposed to be in charge of everything not to come up front and at least say I'm sorry and we will do better next time which is really all I was expecting. I will not be back to this Cracker Barrel as they did not live up to my expectation of what customer service should be.

Great comfort food but sometimes a screaming toddler or 2 is annoying but they gotta eat too I guess.

Was greeted and seated, spent 30 mins watching everyone around us have their drinks and orders taken, spoke with the host and asked for a waiter, one proceeds to walk in and wait on the table behind us and so we left. Would not recommend this location- awful service.

We love eating at Cracker Barrel but wouldn't go to this one again. We waited for 30 mins to be waited on, asked the host if we could get a waiter, and still no one came to even take our drink order, so we just left. The waitress was even waiting on tables that came in after us, right next to us. Not sure what the problem was, but we won’t be back to this location, unfortunately.

We ordered a pick up order while traveling. We did have a big order. They had it ready when we got there but there were multiple issues with our order. They put pickles on my husbands chicken sandwich and the juice soaked into the bread and he hates pickles and we specified no pickles. Part of my chicken tenders okra and carrots were cold but the dumplings was hot so not sure why some was cold but I ate it anyway. Maybe the containers just don’t keep food hot. They missed one of our ranch dips and they also missed an item completely I had ordered the biscuit cinnamon appetizer with points. They also were out of peach tea I ordered and I had to request they provide a substitute and then had to wait for them to prep it since they were very busy. All the kids meals were really good and they enjoyed their food and they are are good price too. I had to really convince my hubby to go to Cracker Barrel over fast food while traveling and this experience didn’t help my case for future trips unfortunately. I also tipped in advance and wish I hadn’t since we had so many issues. The option to tip should be available after you get your order and verify it’s good like some other restaurants do.
Kid-friendliness: Great price on kids meals esp since they come with a drink. But when you order on the app it won’t let you not select a drink as we don’t like our kids having anything but water in the car.

Very consistent dining experience. Really makes you wonder if you visited the same store even if you are a state apart. Some items can be customized to your preference making it even more happier meal.
New items such a Shrimp creole are welcome additions.
Staff is very friendly and great customers with utmost respect. Keep it up!

The food was okay but pricey for what you received. The biscuits were hard and dense, not light and flaky. I would have asked for them to be replaced but when I looked around, everyone's biscuits were that way. The best thing was their $5 take home meal. I got the chicken breast with mac and cheese, followed the heating instructions and it was delicious.

Some Cracker Barrels are better than others. Better cooks, better staff, and friendly smiles. This Columbia location is a great Cracker Barrel if your needing a late day breakfast, good burger, or some great southern fried chicken. #eatcolumbiacrackerbarrel

Cracker Barrel is like going back to grandma's house to start off summer break every time I go. From the niknaks in the store, to the biscuits and gravy. And this cracker barrel is probably the best one I've eaten at.
