Had Chicken tenders they were not cooked all the way, turnip greens tasted like they were old and reheated. Only thing that was good was the biscuits and steamed broccoli. Waitress never refilled our drinks. I love Cracker Barrel but the serves is bad anymore ?

I can’t adequately describe how horrible this place is. I stopped there to eat with my elderly, disabled mom. I asked the guy who was seating us if we could get a table close by since it was so hard for my mom to walk. He said that part of the dining area was closed but he would see what he could do. He went back to ask management if they could accommodate us and they said no. He seated us in the middle of the restaurant which was hard for my mom. A few minutes later they seated two non-handicapped couples in the area they couldn’t seat my mom in.Our waitress was nowhere to be found. Tables had not been cleared off. The guy in front of us had to yell for someone to bring his ticket so he could leave. Waitress finally came out and took our order. I asked for the whitefish listed on the menu but they no longer carry it so I ordered the lemon pepper trout. My mom ordered catfish. The orders were put in at the same time.Our food finally arrives, minus the appetizer we ordered but she forgot to put in. Mom’s food was good and hot. Her only complaint was the coleslaw didn’t have any mayo in it. It was dry cabbage basically.My food on the other hand was horrible. My fries and fish were both cold and the fish was like eating a thin piece of rubber. Two bites and I told her to take it and I wanted it removed from my bill. She had to get a manager to approve this and it took forever.In most restaurants if you have an issue the manager will come talk to you. Not this one. They simply didn’t care. If anything, it made them angry because I wanted the meal removed from my ticket. I highly recommend passing this place on by regardless of how hungry you are.

It's really going downhill. Pickup orders are always late. They gave us no gravy on chicken and my entree had either been scraped off another plate or dropped. It tasted like mop solution. We are just going to give up on Cracker Barrel. There are plenty of other places

Location is racist against people of color. I came in wanted to-go. I told the server this and she told me someone would come to place my order. I waited for 15 min while the server ignored me and quickly help other white guests. I finally asked was anyone coming to take my order she said nothing and walked away. I left after this. I will never visit this location again!!! Disrespectful and disgusting behavior is unacceptable.

Biscuits were great Everytime, service was good, but when it comes to the entree's charge high dollar for the lowest cost product. Country fried steak worst ever had, took 2 bites, threw the rest away. Tried in 2 different cities, will never go back

Worst place to stop by , we stop by for breakfast , take them 55 min to get out food , we decide to take to go , was worst , take another 20 min to get our food , plus we did get our order completely , the restaurant it's short on servers and cookers . Si please save your self headache , ?
