On Sunday night 8-17-25 we had a good three-piece chicken meal al was great except the gravy side, which was mildly warm and not hot as it should have been. With hot gravy the meal would have been 5 stars.

This dairy Queen is not like any other they're never busy and you never know what you're going to get here The one in Lawrenceburg is amazing

Manager was disrespectful to my elderly mother because the ice cream was melty wouldn't even turn it upside down for her to shoved it out the window and slammed the window. Acted ungrateful for his job. Probably needs coaching on how to be a better manager. The other stuff was wonderful and apologized to my mom. Sad that stuff under management can act better than management. Shouldn't be manager if they can't take pressure.

If I could give you a 0 star, I would. Today was the second time I’ve gone to this Dairy Queen and the second time I received a completely melted blizzard. Last time I was there I requested a new one because the top was liquid. I did receive a new one. Today, I decided to give them another try and…same thing! My blizzard was melted by the time I got to the window. Service is absolutely terrible. This Dairy Queen is so slow and I will not be going back.

I took my grandkids to Dairy Queen last night after the movies. The website and door says they’re open until 10:30pm but they were closed and we arrived at 10:01. They should update their website and door to avoid upset customers. We ended up at McDonald’s since they were actually open. 😩👎

Honestly don’t understand why you guys turn your online deliveries off for hours at a time, just resetting it every hour so no one can order. Stop using online delivery services at that point. I don’t know whether to think it’s that you’re so consistently busy hours at a time that you need to, or you have employees abusing the ability to pause the orders so they don’t have to make as many. You guys make it so hard to spend money at your restaurant.

Did it never occurred to anybody to put the times of operation up? I’m not coming there until it shows up on Google. I don’t care if I drive there and there’s a line around the building. I will not go there until I see you put hours of operation up on Google
Yes, I’m being petty. Only because you would think a company as big as yours would be intelligent enough to put the time they are open and the time they close on their Google account

Staff was pleasant enough, however, we were the only people inside and still waited over 10 minutes for a cone and two blizzards. I’ve been here twice in the past year and both times they’ve been out of chocolate. How do you run out of chocolate? Do better with your product ordering and planning.

Three of my friends and I visited this location at 9:30pm, 30 minutes before they are scheduled to close. When we got there I placed a mobile order and my friends wanted to order inside. At the counter they told us they were no longer serving food even though they didn't close for 30 minutes and didn't give much of an answer as to why they wouldn't serve us food. They ended up having to specially make my order since they had begun closing the kitchen and it took FOREVER to arrive and they refused to serve my friends. They said we could only have dessert. My best friend has a severe gluten allergy and can only eat two of the blizzard flavors offered. They seemed generally annoyed when she asked them to wipe down the machine before making her anything. They told her they could not serve her either of the desserts she could eat because they stopped selling them but didn't update their menus. We decided to leave and go to taco bell instead. The customer service was generally awful and I will not be returning anytime soon.
