Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We waited over 30 minutes for our order to end up getting a refund because they didn’t even have part of our order. And the little girl working the counter was rude as hell she said she was on break but she was literally giving people there food. And when asked about the order said they were busy there was 2 other people in the restaurant and 1 car in the drive through. When you see an order come through with something you don’t have you ask how to fix and not just ignore an order I am very upset and will never be back.

Columbia Location always closed & locked on the inside with longest drive thru line ever. In my day, the Manager worked it!

We had a pretty big order, when we pulled up to the window and paid, the first thing that was handed to us was our ice cream. And as you would expect, while we are sitting there waiting for our food, it is melting before we can even get it home to our family members. Then we get the food and the fries and cheese curds are so soggy and nasty, they’re totally undercooked. The food was completely under expectations. Mind you I go to Dairy Queen a lot, which I love their little meals for lunch, but this was the worst food experience I have had in a very long time. We ended up throwing away all of our french fries, cheese, curds, and ice creams, which we paid a lot of money, for because they were disgusting. thanks a lot for failing us Dairy Queen

At the drive thru. When ordering my food, I asked for no salt fries. The reason I have heart problems. When I started to eat my fries they were salted. Had to throw them away.

I went by this place and ordered a cake for my granddaughter birthday that was all she ask me for was an ice cream cake that was all vanilla. So I went a week early before her birthday so I could make sure that I had it. I go to pickup the day it was supposed to be ready and was told it wasn’t ready. Two hours before a little girls birthday party that has lost so much in her life already to only be 9. This is the worse place ever. I will never go back to this place or will I recommend it to anyone else. No wonder this place has the reviews that they have.

I walked into the resturant expecting to be able to order food, and got looked at by three workers and did not even get asked if i needed anything. I didn't think much of it til I was standing for 10 minutes and did not get asked a single question. It was not even busy. not a single person inside the building, or the drive threw. please take this into consideration when wanting dairy queen.

Scheduled a pick-up of a birthday cake for my daughter two weeks in advance and when I arrived to pick up the cake through the drive-thru, I was told, “We don’t have it.”. When I questioned it the lady said their cake person wasn’t there that day. But I had it reserved two weeks in advance. I sent a complaint through the website to corporate and never heard back.

The evening staff are not friendly at all, they don't smile or say anything to you, they will stand there silently until you break the silence, that's if they come out at all. I've given them too many chances.

Ordered peanut buster parfait. Didn't tell me until after I ordered and paid that they ran out of the fudge and had to substitute a different chocolate, and then didn't have any spoons.

The lady at the drive thru was rude.

Just recently have I noticed that the few people working the mic drive thru are more friendly. But then when you get to the window, there is clearly someone else taking the payment and they clearly dislike their job. If you're that unhappy why even work at a place you have to interact with people and heaven forbid provide any form of decent customer service?!? I would go more often for the ice cream but when I remember the customer service provided at this location from my last visit... I take my business elsewhere. DQ please do better.

How do you run out of ice cream? ?

Very delicious food and the staff there we're all really nice! It did take a few minutes to get all of my food, but that's because I ordered a few minutes after they just opened and their ice cream machine wasn't completely ready yet. That's honestly on me for being there so early in the day. Can't wait to dine here again!

This store has terrible customer service and they are very rude when you ask for something. You go thru the drive thru and order blizzard’s and ask for a lid but they won’t give you one. They just make sure it won’t make a mess. Very rude customer service
