Cute older country store, everyone was super friendly. The place was very dusty and needed a good cleaning from top to bottom. Our food came out cold. Cold eggs, Luke warm undercooked hashbrowns, the pancake was large but not even warm enough to melt butter. I even flipped it over, and a small amount of butter did not melt. After a couple of bites of cold pancake, I tasted onion flavor. My husband said it was the worst coffee he had ever had in his life and the biscuitsAnd chocolate gravy were not good. We really wanted to like this place, but we just couldn't. We did love the sausage patties! They were delicious and surprisingly warm.

Small diner with good food. Had a fish platter and it was delicious! Wife had a big mouth club and it was too big to finish. Self seating, order taken promptly, food came out quickly. Server was working hard because I think she was taking care of the whole place!

Step back in time, where the service is personal, the food is fresh, and the atmosphere is a reflection of the owners personality. This gem is straight up out of the seventies. Located off the beaten track. Pancakes are as big as the plate, omelets are fluffy and full of goodness, and breakfast is served all day...or until 2 when they close (except on weekends when they are open later). The big burger is hand patted, and several of the sandwiches are served on texas toast. If you're down with good old-fashioned tasty food (similar to a coney island in MI) at a fair price minus bougie ambiance, this is worth the drive.
