Absolutely horrible, been to Dunkin Donuts before but this almost made me vomit. Being a former restaurant owner I know bad fryer grease, it hasn't been changed in years. Sandwich was cold and one of the employees was in the bathroom for almost an hour according to the other employee.

The ham and Swiss croissant is so flaky and buttery good oh my gosh it's my favorite thing from here! Pair to that with a large iced sweet tea today 10 bucks worth of happiness! Thank you Columbia for another great morning.
Parking: The staff was friendly but they forgot to put a napkin in my bag that would have been helpful.
Ordered online their mobile app got charged for my order then it never got made or received...worst excuse for customer service I have ever experienced

This is getting out of hand. Last week the employees were focused on fussing with one another verses preparing orders and taking care of customers that are trying to get to work on time. This week they sell me a burnt nasty ham and cheese croissant. It's a huge difference in the DND on Trotwood verses the DND on Nashville highway in columbia. This Trotwood location owe me for this jacked up ham and cheese croissant. I'm disappointed about my 8 almost 9 dollars.
I stop by Dunkin this morning like I do most mornings. The drive thru was backed up all the way around the building to trotwood, and the lobby was locked. A worker came out with a drink and gave it to a truck sitting back in line. When I asked her why the lobby was locked, she said they had to many call outs to open the lobby. When I asked how to get service like the truck just got, she said that was a friend of hers and needed to get to work. I guess the fact that the rest of us needed to get to work as well, was irrelevant. I don’t understand why the store operates like a well oiled machine, when the manager is present, but during his absence, this store falls apart. The service takes forever, the quality of the coffee plummets, the attitude towards the customers becomes shameful. This is definitely a store in trouble. There are a lot of coffee places in the immediate area, and chasing away your regulars can’t be good for business. Shame on you, the morning crew at Columbia Dunkin on Trotwood !

This Dunkin' location has hardly any seating for the size of space and the furnishings are not inviting. The indoor temperature is surprisingly great with all the glass. They charged .99 for a cup of water when I also ordered a coffee. Been to Dunkin in many states, including others in Tennessee and water is always complimentary for customers purchasing from the menu. Not here.

Before the service used to be so-so. I would only have one person in particular make my coffee. Now I'm assuming some changes have been made and the service has been extremely excellent every time. The kindness this establishment shows is absolutely incredible. The food is always good, the coffee is made just the way I like and the special drinks taste amazing. I could not ask for a better staff and atmosphere. They are always clean and I'm never considered about the cleanliness because they are always clean.
Kid-friendliness: Super great with my kids and never made me feel like a bad person for being my children. Often places or staff will look at me for my children crying or sometimes being too talkative. They are so kind and supportive.
