None of our order was remotely editable. The Sourdough Sandwich was supposed to be bacon and I got sausage, was going ti eat it anyways and couldn't even bite into it. Ordered eXtra sausage on the crossant, didn't get it, hubby went to eat anyways Sandwich was stale and nasty. Ordered hash rounds only got 6 and they were all burnt and soggy. 25.00 worth of food wasted. Absolutely unacceptable. Also Ordered a doughnut but for some reason it was left completely off the order. I've never been more disappointed in Dunkin in my whole life. This location needs to make it right and do better. Also, I made this review plus I sent an email to corporate office and I have yet to hear anything from anyone at this company. So that tells me they obviously don't have an issue with one of thier locations ripping thier customers off by saleing them old, ruined food. They got their money, we got nothing. I'm so ashamed of the company that was my absolute favorite since childhood has turned into such a nasty let down. I'm only speaking about this 1 location but I haven't been to any dunkin locations since. I don't know if I ever will again.

Used to come here everyday and tip but not anymore. It’s like the workers don’t care. My drink has been incorrect on numerous occassions when I come at night and when I tell them it’s like I’m bothering them. The workers are learning this from someone. Go to Nashville Hwy instead.

Never makes my latte right! I know the white girl lied about using almond milk in my coffee….. I always order almond milk and it’s darker and more bitter….people have serious allergies and digestive problems you guys need to take that serious…and what am i supposed to do? Argue with her??? No money waisted The Dunkin on Nashville highway is the best

The drive thru line was out to Trotwood so my wife and I went in and ordered 2 donuts, a bagel, and a breakfast sandwich. We waited and waited and waited. Meanwhile, the drive thru orders were pumping out. After approximately 10 drive thru customers were served before us, we finally asked when we were going to get our food. We were told that drive thru orders were timed and therefore take precedence over walk ins. In other words, my order, and subsequently, and future business, were not important. We were told that they were sorry for they the wait. Hard to believe.

The donuts were stale and the toasted sandwich was not toasted and cold. My wife’s bagel was satisfactory.

I don’t know if this is a corporate policy or just Trotwood Dunkin’s, regardless, I won’t be back. I will no longer patronize this location, and likely other Dunkin locations. So disappointing…

My family loves Dunkin but I would not recommend this store. Every time we order here they are out of numerous items, regardless of the time of day.
We use the app to order ,so have already paid upon arrival and then are only notified of the changes/missing items once we arrive at the window to pick up. We are then either left with something we weren’t expecting/not wanting or nothing at all.
Do yourself a favor and skip this store.

They are always out of any food I order. they then replace it with something without asking. don't order with the app because they don't have anything.
