This Dunkin is usually pretty good! However, at around 7 am I was just served a muffin so stale that it was nearly inedible, kinda like a foam brick. I understand that the employees may be overworked and underpaid, but at least check that you're not serving muffins that have clearly been sitting out for several days. I hate to review badly, but this was thoroughly disappointing

This store treats it's customers and employees like garbage. Seen it happen too many times. They don't have any communication within their team and worst of all there's always a problem when it comes to employees getting paid. The Managers biased towards her own daughter and friends. No one gets hours to work unless your the managers best friend or her daughter.

Me and my daughter have been a faithful customer but now we will not be going back. Always out of everything plus the customer service is terrible and very rude. When you spend over 25 dollars a day on the coffee and then you pay for extra expresso don't get it then don't get what you order correct.
Can't beat a good doughnut, especially when there ain't another doughnut shop in town. I LOVE CHOCOLATE!

This place is so inconsistent. Sometimes my drinks are great, sometimes they are trash. Doesn't matter if I order the same thing every time or not. I tried to get something new today, ordered a ham and cheese croissant, it was served to me burnt. I've had them put cheese sauce on my bacon avocado toast, or forgot the bacon altogether. When I order snackin bacon it is either burnt or cold. I just really wish there was some sort of consistency and a higher standard of food they serve.

Hours are listed for open at 4:30am on line, at brick and mortar the hours on door are listed as 5:00am. I went there at 5am and was told lobby wasnât open. 1). If lobby is not open as posted, different hours for lobby should be listed. 2) the person at the drive through was very abrupt in telling me that and said there are menus for you to choose from & we can tell you if we have it or not. I reiterated that I like to see the donuts for my choices, and she again abruptly said, thereâs only 2 of us here! I didnât end up purchasing anything for those reasons!
