My company did a doordash order, i did the order at 11am, we didn't get our food until 1pm. They did not label each sandwich. They only had numbers. I had 13 sandwiches and had to figure out who had what sandwich. Service was very slow!!!!

If I could give this place a zero I would. Everytime I go in to order either I don't get waited on or they tell me they are too busy. Used to eat here weekly, this location has turned me off of all Firehouse subs nationwide.

They had the doors locked an hour before closing time, I had to knock to be let inside. When picking the order up, one of the sandwiches had one ingredient unavailable so they didn't start the entire order until I confirmed it was ok to make it with the missing ingredient. It took the girl 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches and although she apologized and was very polite, I thought the entire situation was a bit ridiculous. It shouldn't take that long to make a couple sandwiches and your doors shouldn't be locked and hour before you close.

Got COVID the last time I ate here. Never saw one table get wiped down in the 30 minutes I had to wait for 1 sandwich. Won’t ever come here again.

Customer service was decent. Food tasted alright. It was definitely not worth $45 for 2 sandwiches, 2 chips & 2 drinks though.
I noticed one end of my sandwich had a curly black hair in it (I have straight blonde hair). know it was likely an innocent mistake but why are restnot requiring hair nets anymore? It's ridiculous to pay $16 for a sandwich as is, and then can't even eat it because someone's hair is in it.

The bathroom ? was nasty, and expensive floors needed sweeping and tables hadn't washed look like all day and 40.00 to expensive for what you get .

Came in about 15 minutes before they closed and were glared at by the workers and ignored for about 5 minutes before a girl unhappily took our order. Then as we were getting our drinks they were talking about us behind the counter. I work in the customer service industry and I know for a fact this is not how you should treat your paying customers.(with a very simple order, that we knew before we came in so we weren’t wasting their time). Very unhappy with how the situation was handled and more than likely won’t be coming back to this location.

First time to try to eat at this place and they were taking a "break" from walk in customers to catch up with online orders at lunch time on a Sunday. Very sad to turn down walk in customers. Told me to wait 15-20 minutes.
