An amazing experience - I had the BBQ pulled pork sandwich and macaroni and cheese and it was amazing! 10/10!

When I tell you they greet you so nicely and professionally, they do. They made us feel like family and I adopted them in, yes I did! The food was great just like the reviews said! We came from Detroit visiting Tennessee and wanted BBQ and chose Gabes and I do not regret it! The ribs fell of the bone, the sides were on point, and the desserts were on point! This is and deserves the ratings of 5 stars wish I could give more for their hospitality to us. Thank you Aunties and uncle from your new Detroit family, everything was great and enough food!

Gabes Smokehouse is awesome, first time going in and I got the smoked bologna chub, mac and cheese, as well as some mayo coleslaw. All around kick ass food and killer workers. Walls full of cute local art. If you want a nice lunch spot, this is the place.

This is above all my favorite BBQ place in town. They treat everyone like family and the food is amazing! I've never seen a restaurant put as much effort into their food and customer service as these three ladies do! If you have kids this is definitely an establishment they will be comfortable at!

Best BBQ! Meat that falls off the ribs, the vinegar coleslaw is Amazing - all homecooked and smoked on site.

Although the staff was so welcoming and sweet, their idea of “smoked” chicken is nothing like I thought it would be. When I see smoked, my understanding is that it was in a smoker at some point, and pulled from the bone. It tasted like a Walmart Rotisserie chicken pulled from the bone. Not at all what I expected.
