I would not recommend anyone to order from the app as there is not a way to get your money back when they tell you they can’t fill your order but you have already paid.
There is no way to cancel your order or get in contact with anyone on the app.when they are not serving breakfast it should not come up on the app for you to order.
But I did order within the hours of breakfast time was still available supposedly but obviously they just stop serving breakfast when they get ready to.

I was sitting down and eating in the lobby with my family (kids) and this employee was cursing and using bad language while on her phone. It made me family uncomfortable.

Stopped for lunch but they only had breakfast, ordered bacon egg and cheese combo with coffee, no coffee, half and half tea, only sweet tea. Everything was cold, and the biscuit was stale.

Why do you have a sign in the Waffle House parking lot? Also in front of your store you have 4 parking spaces two handicap and two for takeout . Your other customers have to park on the other side opposite the door and brave whatever weather is happening that day. I have seen your generic responses to all the other 1 star reviews. I don’t need any of that. I know nothing is going to change. But maybe someone will read this and think about where they spend their money.

I placed a online order. I ordered 2 of the star burgers with curly fries and 2 sweet teas, 3 piece chicken tender and a Single swiss mushroom burger with added tomatoes and lettuce. The order came to me all thrown in a bag, the fries were everywhere and cold! My burger wasn't even a burger, some idiot at the resturant put in in a bowl. I did not have special instructions on my order. This is not the first time Hardees has f my order up. I called the store, lady said I'm sorry but I csnt help you since it was delivered. The app wouldnt work. Door dash said csll the stire so basicslly im going in circles to get a refund so figure did share my bad experience online and maybe some one would reach out to me to give my refund! I'm done giving Hardees my business because obviously they can't hire employees with common sense. Need to drug test your employees HARDEES! Your employees dont seem to care and reading all the reviews your Columbia store has several bad reviews on poor customer experience.

We ordered and paid. Ordered 2 simple burger meals. We were pulled up although we were the only customers. After TEN MINUTES I decided to go inside. The boy who took my order was sitting at a table on his phone. I asked him what was taking so long and he had no idea. After shuffling around he realized that the fries were not even dropped. Although they had just made the burgers (why did that take so long?!) the burgers were sitting there getting cold while they cooked my fries. I asked to talk to the manager. She kinda shuffled real slow out of the back room to talk to me. No apology, no acknowledgement that this was unacceptable or unusual. She was as useless as the other workers. Nothing was done. Nobody was held accountable. And of course, since I was pulled up right away, the system shows my food was given to me in 30 seconds and I drove away. But that’s not what happened. I waited almost twenty minutes for 2 burgers and 2 fries when I was the only customer. They didn’t care a single bit about me as a customer and were not willing to do anything for me. The manager said she can either return my money or I can wait for my food. I said I wanted the food because I’m hungry and I’ve been waiting but I think I deserve my money back too. She said no. She said she would’ve returned my money if the burgers were cold, but she stuck her hand down in the bag and said “they’re not cold” and handed me the bag and said “sorry”. One of those burgers were wrapped in lettuce so it was definitely soggy and limp. Gross. Then I had to go in AGAIN because they forgot my straws. One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. This job is simple. It’s very obvious those particular employees are lazy and don’t care one single bit.
