WENT AT BREAKFAST AND GOT NOTHING BUT ADDITUDE AND SOMEONE WIPING THEIR NOSE. THE KITCHEN LOOKED NASTY AND THE EMPLOYEE GAVE ADDITUDE WHEN I ASKED FOR KETCHUP. IT SEEMS LIKE ADDITUDE IS ALWAYS THE STAPLE OF THIS STORE....SEEMS LIKE THEY NEED TO UPGRADE THE ADDITUDE OF THE EMPLOYEES.

Ordered 3 combo meals. Girl at window was polite. Drove 2 miles home to find that 2 meals were ok. The 3rd meal, a mushroom swiss burger didn’t include mushrooms, was going to eat any until first bite tasted like leather. Drove back to Hardee’s for refund, which I did receive from manager, but she had an attitude and very POOR customer service. I won’t be going back any time soon. Overall bad experience from a crew leader that needs an attitude adjustment. Fail!

On 06/29/25, at 6:42 am, I purchased a bacon egg and cheese biscuit at Hardee's located at 1117 Hampshire Pike Columbia, TN 38401,and the bacon was raw. The general manager tried to deceive me and told me it was done. I requested a refund. This place needs to be shutdown!
