I am writing this to bring the staff's attention to a problem. When ordering on doordash when the store is busy it automatically cancels the order. This happens after payment so I need to wait 3 days from a refund through doordash or use doordash credits. Tonight we planned on going to the location after the order was cancelled but had already spent $70 that wasn't refunded yet.

I just wanted to let Jeffersons know that they can pause or even turn off doordash when they get too busy. It would prevent problems like this.

I still love this place just wanted to make them aware

I placed a 75.00 dollar order and some of the items was missing out of my order then I tried to call them for 30mins and the number for them is a 982 says it's no voice mail box set up ,this is ridiculous you cannot get anyone or even a manager on the phone when you had your order delivered and it's missing items! I also emailed the email they told me to after I left this review and no one ,not even a manager has contacted me back yet

First and probably last time. Appetizer of pretzel bites showed 20 in the picture on the menu but we only got 11. The fries were over salted, the chicken sandwich was so thin and very tough and stringy, hard to chew and tasted fishy, chicken strips also tough. The burger wasn’t bad. Server was nice. Better than a lot of places in town. Might go back for a burger but not chicken.

It's a nice place for a simple meal, burgers, wings, chicken all are good, one of the few places you can get oysters.

The food is great. I just don't agree with the young lady grabbing fries with her bare hands and not wearing gloves and placing them in a food container. The cashier told me she is allergic to latex gloves. No excuse. They can use tongs. The crazy thing is, after I said something about it, the young lady in the kitchen decided to put gloves on. I won't be going back. deceptive practice is not good. The cashier also made it very clear that she didn't want me to return because I spoke up about the issue. She didn't include ice in my large drink like she has in the past.

The garlic parm wings were pretty good!

The food was excellent and the location is perfect. Ask for Bo, he is the greatest.

Beau was great and attentive. My food was pretty good and it came out fast. I enjoy stopping by every now and then. See is they've got lunch specials or new items on the menu.

Arrived at 8:20, immediately seated, and left at 8:40 because nobody ever came to the table to take our drink or food order.

We placed a Togo order for three burgers. It was all ok but we had hoped for something more. Minor things were wrong with the order including that we asked for medium on the burgers and no pink in all three. Would I try it again, probably. Will I go out of my way, probably not.
