Yo, this place is cool, but the one thing that could be better is the time it takes to get the food. Even if you order something small, it still takes like 30 to 40 minutes.

Food is good but I swear they NEVER get an order right. If we pick up, something is always left out. We go back to get it then the rest of our food gets cold while we wait (forever). Today we were told "Oh, we ran out of potato salad" but they didn't feel the need to tell us that ahead of time, offer another item or give the money back, until I asked. They also don't answer the phone so if you order out, you need to go through Door Dash or another service. When you go in to pick up, expect everyone to stare at you but not help. You usually have to go get someone yourself. The food is good enough that we would go a lot more often if it wasn't for the bad business and customer service.

Loud and Average. Food average. I had a Buffalo chicken sandwich that was smaller, more expensive and not as good as Zaxby's. Music was loud. Not conducive to family. Service average.
Best onion rings in town ordered hamburger steak with onion and mushrooms..the mushrooms were cold..not even warmed up.i think they took them from the salad.

Ordered a burger and Mac n cheese to go. They were both cold to lukewarm. But the kicker… found a wadded up napkin in my soda. This place has been good. But talk about one experience to turn you off to a place. How does this even accidentally happen?

Very cool place. They were short staffed when we got there but they were on top of it. More staff arrived shortly after. The kids wings, adult boneless wings and fish basket were all very good. We will be back.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs, a kids menu with a drink and an ice cream sandwich.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space at tables to accommodate, plus parking.
Good food, but we have come during the week and during weekends, dinner or lunch, and without fail they are always out of something we ordered. Super frustrating. One night they were out of wings!? I should add that we tried them when they first opened and we are back tonight so it's been quite a while. This seems fixable.....but they haven't yet.

I had an awful experience today in Jeffersons of Columbia TN. Ordered wings. Took a bite and there was a hair wrapped around it. I told the server. She had another order prepared. I didn't loose my temper. While I was waiting the "manager in training" came over and told me I wouldn't be compensated for my meal because it was against corporate policy to do that for a hair in the food. The cooks wear hair nets and the hair didn't look like any of the workers. She insinuated that it was my hair. I never asked for compensation but was expecting it. My 2nd order of wings arrived and I was asked if I wanted a to go box. I felt like I was asked to leave. Other customers saw what was happening and they were rolling their eyes and shaking their heads. If corporate trains managers in this way it is just BACKWARDS in my opinion.
Excellent burgers and fries. Have been there a few times and the food has always been good!
