Jersey Mike's Subs

Ordered food and while waiting, had to listen to three employees talk about their manager and their employment business. Then had to wait for one who was ringing up my food, to finish reading the text to the other employees. I then asked for a water cup before having to request a receipt. She gave me my receipt without looking at me or saying anything. Later an older black fellow was paying and she couldn’t have been more polite. Very friendly. I guess since i am white, i was treated differently.

Big fan of Jersey Mike's for years. That all came to an end yesterday.Standing in line I observed a Man I think with blush mascara eyeliner and eye shadow to go along with moustache and lower lip whiskers. I do not want someone handling my food with this appearance so I left. I said nothing to no one and will not go back. Management this is on you.

Regular customer until today. Man I think that would have been handling my food had black mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, blush, what appeared to be lip stick or maybe gloss. All that to go with a moustache and bottom lip whiskers. I walked out without saying anything and won't be going back. Management needs to grow a pair and end the non sense. Just wanted them to know my dissatisfaction and anyone else that doesn't want to waste a trip to do the same as myself.

The guy at the counter was a massive jerk. I've never been here before and he was so annoyed that I had to ask any questions. Definitely won't be going to this location ever again because on top of all that, my sandwich has barely any meat.

If I could leave zero Stars I would and it's not even about the food. It's about the service. It's a guy in there with an attitude because people want to look at the carryout orders and he keep placing the names backwards so nobody can see line out the door girl on the grill struggling nobody's helping her I guess he got mad cuz I touched one of the bags so he proceeded to keep my food instead of give it to me and wait it now my stuff cold another employee had to go find my order even though he knew where it was at already. Worst Jersey Mike's ever I work in the food industry and I would never run my store like this

Everyone working between 12-1pm today should consider other employment.. I doordashed a #9 mini on rosemary parm with only pickles, onions, lettuce, mayo and a #7 regular on white bread with only lettuce and mayo both with chips and a rootbeer... received a giant size Philly cheese steak and a giant size #7 that was made mikes way with pickles and onions, also no chips or drink were included. But it was all in the bag with my actual order on the ticket, so someone was being lazy. Thank god doordash refunded the whole thing, both sandwiches were given to other people to eat. Get it together, guys 👎

Thus location is always great to order from. Had an app order ready and waiting for me. Food is always great at jersey Mike's.

We by there to get food and the lady made my mom's sandwich and then went in the bathroom and threw up. They new she was sick because someone came to pick her up while we were there. They still made us pay for our food and said it should be ok but we could throw it away if we didn't feel safe. I said so you want me to throw away $40 worth of food? He asked me if I wanted a feel good story. This was the manager Buckley next to Krogers. I love there sandwiches but not very sanitary. He also said they have had a lot of sickness lately. I wonder why?

Payton was very rude ! Slammed are sub rolls around ! Will never come in here again when he is working! Thank you Meghan! You were awesome!

The cashier has a problem with having contact with people of color. She refused to hand me my receipt in my hand. She put it on the other side of the counter and I acknowledged her taking credits cards and giving receipts to Caucasians. She or the manager had a person of color to walk all the way from the grill area to the lobby to hand me my sandwich. I will not be going back to any of these franchises.

When I placed my order today I nicely asked for the lighter bread and she deliberately ignored my request. I’m not trying to be difficult, I just can’t chew hard bread. Any other Jersey Mikes honors my request and doesn’t give me attitude about it. I’ve managed JM years ago and had the two week training in Jersey. This is NOT how they treat customers.
